Ordered 12 spicy wings, what we got was only 8 pieces of fried chicken, after a 7min wait. It was $30 for just the chicken of which 4 pieces were missing and it was not what we had o deted anyway. Asked for extra salt on the chips. They weren't salted at all. Beyond frustrating. Not coming back.

Filthy mens toilet, food on the table, no customer but long wait and unprofessional staff.

I was served by the manager (I think) and he was incredibly rude and abrupt. He was very impatient while I was placing my order and I felt quite uncomfortable. I'll be driving a bit further to head to the arana Hills store for reasonable service next time.

Ordered delivery when wrong order arrived rang back. Was told they don't have any more delivery drivers so we wouldn't be receiving our order and if we wanted a refund we could come and get it. There was not manager on site. Just got to arana hills.

Useless fish tacos the staff are. Not to mention hiding pulls inside a roast chicken, which was reported to QPS. Completely ignored then told a 50 minute wait for something that takes 5-10 minutes to cook?

A spacious & very clean environment for eating! The Rippa $5.00 meal deal was just enough to satisfy my lunchtime craving as I walked by! A great deal! A very fresh roll with a crumbed & deep fried chicken fillet with lettuce & a beautiful creamy sauce! Delicious! Plus a mini coke to wash it down! A

The new fried chicken is to die for and the owner/manager really looks after his customers. I’m glad he’s staying and I’ll be back a lot more now he has the fried chicken. Food was fine and service was quick. However the guy who I assume to be the manager was extremely rude to the staff while I was literally sitting in the restaurant. Hate to imagine what it'd be like with no customers around. Could've been having a bad day but they don't deserve that working minimum
