Staff and managers think it’s ok to hang out till all hours of night even into early mornings having there music pumping and running around in car park even making out between themselves. Have notified head office multiple times nothing gets done. No respect for anyone but themselves.
Such a disaster. These people don’t even deserve one star.Tried three different places and all are same. Missing one thing or the other from the order, changing the orders and delivering etc etc every single time. KFC people please do your duty at least properly when you are in a responsible job. Yo

Besides for getting cold chips and cold drumsticks, the attitude upon request of refund within a time frame of 2 minutes after receiving my order was "whatever". This will no longer be my " getting dinner on my way home" destination. What a waste of precious time for hungry hard working individua
came here for lunch with my family today 27/3/22. my food was average, however in other meals; 2 bacon and cheese zingers, there was no bacon and no cheese.. The customer service here was not great. No greeting or acknowledgement when walking to counter, had to announce what we wanted to order. cou
It's a busy KFC and I guess under the pump. Mostly pretty good with hot chicken and fresh chips but have had a few below average meals as well but not bad enough to go back and complain. It's a honest review, I rate it better than most other! I still go back and order more ☺️
Great if you don’t care if your order is missing items. This has been our local KFC for 10+ years. 9 out of 10 times they have forgotten our menu items. Usually sauces and drinks. Recommend you check your order before driving off, if you’re willing to put up with the indignant looks from staff.
