If I could give this a place a zero I would. Horrible service. At 1030pm at night I have sat in the driveway for almost 40 minutes. The staff member on the intercom was rude and quite frankly should be able to work in customer service. This should have been a drive by but instead has cost more time

Tried the jack fried chicken burger, was cold , squashed up soggy mess, made complaint , told me they would send me some sort of voucher in the mail , nothing . Not good customer relations, they obviously go by the theory that plenty more customers out there !

I ordered a tender crisp box meal through menulog and the burgers I got was horrible. A drop of Mayo, drop of peri peri sauce, sprinkle of lettuce is what I got in the burger. I didn't have ti.e to go shopping and we are in a lockdown. I was hoping for a warm and nice dinner but what I got was Disg

The burger the staff gave me after a argument with the manager. Is this how a chain as big as hungry jacks treats their customers. Is the owner happy with people tampering with the food and running their business into the ground with poor customer service. Not on at all.

One of the worst whoppers I have ever had. The bread was not toasted and it was cold. Probably right out of the fridge. The burger was dry with not enough sauce. Last time I will visit this hungry jacks.

My husband loves this place and will stop every time we are on our way out of Brisbane. Says it's the best tasting one he's come across.

Two times over we were ripped off. Forst time they forgot two burgers and all sauces they offered a dine in only voucher second time delivery this burger and again no sauces. I chose not to make it public until they ignored my second complaint! My advice stay away stick to small local companies its
