This is by far the worst Pizza Capers ever. Slow service (50mins pick up online order), missing orders, when you get your pizzas they are missing ingredients or not even close to what you ordered and they are burnt. Seriously don't bother go anywhere else........don't expect head office or management to do anything about it....Refunds are just empty promises. Thanks for ruining Pizza Capers for me. Never again 😔.....

Only really deserve 2 and a half, but that wasn't an option.
I've not lived in the area long, but this place's quality has fallen each time I order.
But being new to the area, maybe it's my expectations that are the issue rather than their performance? Specifically my expectation that the pizza be delivered warm and the Coke be delivered cold, rather than vice versa?

Great pizza! We have only had good experiences from Pizza Capers Deagon. Great friendly service, prompt delivery and above all quality pizza. I recommend them 100%

We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads this evening. We received 2 correct pizzas and 1 incorrect pizza. And 2 calzones with cheese instead of the garlic breads (aren’t able to have dairy). Disappointing. Especially for the price we paid.

Worse pizza ever. I won’t recommend this Pizza Capers Deagon. We were hungry and we made something else for our kids because they didn’t even try otherwise my kids loved pizza .(😡😡😡)

Sadly I was reminded why I stopped going to pizza capers. Pizza was burnt all over, base was dry and barely edible and toppings were patchy and didn't cover the base. Cost was ridiculously high at 24$ and ha to pay extra for gluten free base. Not value for money at all.

What a terrific experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu is terrific. The pizza's were fantastic. We had a chicken avo special and a supreme plus a chessy garlic bread. So even though I ordered it normally the staff turned it into a special threw in a drink and charged me less. I am a fan. And there is a BWS next door!
So do yourself a favour.

The pizzas were dry with patches of bare base. We ordered a reaper pizza which was supposed to have hot sauce but didn't. In fact it looked like it didn't even have base sauce. This used to be a pizza shop where you'd pay and get better quality. It's gotten worse each time we've ordered and now we'll save our money and just buy at the more predictable and much cheaper Dominoes or Pizza hut. I did call to complain and was offered a discount off the next pizza which I chose not to take as it would still mean spending more money than other places with a high chance of being being disappointed again.
