This evening we stopped over at this Red Rooster outlet and picked up a full RR Chicken including a large chips.
We were served by Narinder, the service provided by him throughout the transaction was very good.
I have to say that the chicken was cooked very well, succulent and the chips too were freshly cooked, had a golden yellow finish, non greasy and was enjoyed by all.
We will certainly be back when next in the area.

The staff don't deserve the hate they've been served from some of the reviews here. If the casual employees look like the don't want to be there, it's because they don't. Managers have been repeatedly rude, the staff areas are dirty and old, and not all of the air-conditioning vents work. Would recommend choosing other Red Rooster stores over this location.

Staff seem to not know how their own systems work.
Upon arrival was told that I was required my order wasn't ready. The helpful staff member told me that once I select 'start cooking' they could start making the order.
Couldn't seem to get it through her head that I had already checked In.
After 10 minutes of agony, they realised that the order in the hotbox that had been sitting there for 15 minutes was in fact, my order.
If wanting a lesson in utter incompetence, or to practise the Zen art of being patient go here. Otherwise try somewhere else.

$15+ dollars for a 3 piece spicy meal. Had about 2 bites of chicken on the whole thing. Dry and tiny drumstick and two wings. Worst fried chicken I've had in a long time

I go there regularly and am disgusted at the manager and how he treats the junior staff. He is very rude and bullys them. Without sounding racist and being observational, he is of Indian appearance. I tried to find a name tag but all I know is, he is the store manager.
This behaviour is unacceptable and nothing has changed despite numerous complaints to Red Rooster management.
Red Rooster seems to accept this by virtue of inaction.

Terrible experience once again
Have ordered a few time through delivaroo each time they have forgotten something in my order.
I recommend not ordering through a delivery website and going instore to ensure you get everything you have ordered.
Will not be going back.

Love the spicy chicken! So much better than those Korean deep fried chicken! Maybe..... It will be even better if it's a bit less salty
