Absolutely amazing facility. When we arrived we were informed the camp grounds were too wet, in compensation we were given a free upgrade to a powered site. Grounds were well maintained, bathrooms were neat and tidy, very sophisticated for a caravan park. After check out we asked if we could play a quick round of mini golf and staff were happy for us to do so! So many things to do around the park to keep us entertained even in the cold. Thank you especially to Shoal, Maddie and Claire for their amazing customer service and welcoming nature.
I visited and stayed at your park for 3 nights while visiting family in Brisbane. We booked a tent powered site and I have to congratulate all the staff and management for the impeccable service we received. The site was clean, quiet after hours, and very close to the shopping center and a quick drive into the city. Amenities were clean, the overall park landscape was well maintained, and the pool and facilities around it was outstanding (resort like). All round 5 star and value for money for a safe and secured holiday park. Cheers Chris
Magnificent park with very well laid out design. Wonderful cabin accommodation, with ours fully equipped, very clean and quiet. Very easy access to the motorway to get around and a simply massive shopping centre mere minutes away. All kinds of caravan sites and powered tent sites. The latter is separated from the next site by gardens for some privacy, and the flat ground provides for comfortable camping. On-site restaurant and resort style pool, together with ample cycling tracks for the littlies. A truly lovely destination.
We were 5 families and had booked our Easter holidays with Brisbane Holiday Village way back in January 2022. Our experience with Brisbane Holiday Village staff from the start was amazing. The staff are extremely professional and they are the real asset we all felt. While we were on our way, we did inform them that we might be a little late and the staff followed all the due process required and kept us informed what needs to be done when we reach late. We stayed there for 3 nights and each and every service was exceptional. There was not a single instance where anyone had any complaints and mind you we were 21 of us. So anyone who reads this feedback, I would want you to go to Brisbane Holiday Village and experience the enjoyment. Thanks to the management who has maintained the place exceptionally well and very hygienic. The pool party was amazing as well. All in all at the end there were 5 happy families leaving the Brisbane Holiday Village. We will come again❤️❤️❤️
We have stayed at Brisbane Holiday Village many times over the years in their Villas, Cabins, and Powered Caravan Sights. We have always been very satisfied with the accommodation, facilities, grounds, and sights and customer service. Staff are very professional, well presented, polite and respectful. The office very much presents as a modern hotel entry and staff are on a level with hotel concierges. The location of the village is just off of the M1 motorway. So it is really easy to get to, conveniently located near a major shopping centre and only a stone's throw from the City or the Gold Coast. I cannot recommend Brisbane Holiday Village enough.
This is a well-run well-managed park. We had a wonderful experience staying here for 2 weeks in an en suite powered site with a caravan.
- Close to motorway but surprisingly very quiet and peaceful. Breezy. I had very good sleep. Not noisy at all. Although the park was full when were there (school holidays) people were considerate and seem to go to bed early. Park is spread out - not crowded.
- The park is kept very clean and tidy.
- BBQ area is spacious and spotless. Fridge and freezer.
- My kid loves the tennis court and mini golf and pool.
- Fantastic location. Only 12 mins to city.

Our site is the only muddy one and the neighbor who is in a permanent cabin smokes so we will be asking for another site next time.
Will definitely be coming back!
Highly recommend if you like somewhere quiet and relaxing and have healthy outdoor activities to keep the kids entertained.
Reception staff friendly and helpful. Alfresco cabin was in great location at the back of the park. Nice and quiet and close to multi sport stadium. Cabin very clean, couldn't find anything wrong. Cleaning staff did a great job. Pool, mini golf, playground, tennis all great activities. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Would recommend.
My wife and I would sincerely like to thank the Manager and Tiffany for the kindness they displayed due to us having to cancel our booking. We have stayed here once before, and will certainly return in the future. We would highly recommend Brisbane Holiday Village to anyone. 5 Stars. Thank you so much. See you another time
