Holy s**t ducked in to grab the kids a couple ice creams. The staffer was so slow i could watch each ice cream melt.
We walked out with one Sunday, one ice cream melt and a slightly cold milkshake.
We ordered 3 sundays…
Spacious shop and plenty of seating. Ice cream is always pretty good, but service really depends on the people. Had a very unpleasant experience when I ordered two scoops in a cup and I got like two half scoops, the girl totally got no idea how to use an ice cream scoop.
Always a nice treat at Baskin Robbins!
So many flavours to choose from, as well as sundaes, too brownies and waffles you name it.
The customer service and speed was so professional at the forest Lake store 16/01/22...there was a long line and all by herself 💪🏽🙌🏽

Lovely young lady served me was quite pleasant. Just concerned, she wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and touched her hair before serving me. Do you train your staff on Covid-19?
Thursday 1:45pm. The lady in the shop was extremely rude. Don’t know what her problem is. If you don’t want to serve your customers with smiles, that’s fine, but DO NOT try to show your attitude.

saturday about 3:45pm The lady in the store had me waiting for about 8 minutes while she was out the back doing something not even for me, Also the prices are wrong on the menu, Will never go back.
Very good icecream, my favourite Combo is banana, chocolate chip, and cookies and cream!
