$16.50 for ONE scoop of ice cream in a plastic cup!! You are kidding right?! Absolutely disgusting portions. I would give this 0 stars if I could. (to the owner replying, look at the image I uploaded for the size, I ordered the Choc Rainbow Royale)

Always out of stock on different ice creams and toppings. Understandably, that means I'd have to substitute some things, but to make things worse my orders often have missing items. Every time I've ordered, it's been for more than just myself and it's disappointing when someone's missing what they ordered.
Items that should have been hot (or at least warm) are ice cold. It's happened on multiple occasions. For example, the choc soufflé has arrived completely solid on the inside.
Portion sizes from this location have also been smaller compared to when I've ordered at other locations.
Overall, disappointing. If it weren't for other people wanting me to order ice cream for them I wouldn't be ordering from here at all.

The girl working behind the counter was UNBELIEVABLY rude. Was out of cookie dough and when I asked for a replacement she walked away shaking her head at me. Definitely needs some customer service training.

Night of monday 16th november 2020 around 7pm.
Total disapoitment, "do you want or not".
That was exacly how the person who was working on that night said.
Lets start with me and my son enter in teh shop and "nobody" show up so i saw the person in the back looking his phone, after few minutes he show up and ask what we wanted, i ask him about the cones and my son choose the flavor he wanted, all good so i decided to have a cone too, i look the flavor chocolate mousse (I will be very specify on this one), i ask to try, the person pick the top part what was pertty melted and give to me, (im not joking the ice cream was warm, tasted not very good) but i ask to have a cone of that one, when i saw he making the ball, i could see all the ice cream was pretty melted, and i ask him if he could pickup from harder part, he look to me and said exacly " do you want or not, this ice cream is like this". i regret to say yes, because was horrible i throw that in the bin 2 minutes after i left the store.
what makes me more disapointed was, the store didnt have ANYONE, the guy received was pretty bad, with all this issues we having now, maybe have this kind of people working at s store like this show up why nobody is going there.

Customer service pretty ordinary, however what was really disappointing was the ice cream itself. nearly 20 dollars for a medium take-home container that was NOT filled properly. 4/5ths full at the most. The ice cream was also not cool enough to be hard and melted nearly immediately, and putting it in the freezer did nothing to rectify this. A seperate visit to this place resulted in a very overpriced "ice cream pizza" which was tasteless, icy, and soggy. Do yourself a favour: there's a Night Owl right next door to it, go and get a pint of Connoisseur from there instead. Gets 2 stars because the customer service was not abysmal. I would give 1.5 stars if possible.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The manager is so rude and is always out of many ice cream flavours. Last night I got ice cream at Baskin Robbins Boondall and the manager I assume was sitting on his phone, when he came out he didn't even look happy to be there, he also acted so annoyed when I asked to order a few scoops and the ice cream scoops were so small and melted, there was a mess everywhere, spiders webs on the TV's, floor looked like it hasn't been vaccummed in weeks and so much more. If anyone's reading this never go here, terrible service and poor food.

Ordered 2 thick shakes They were so skimpy with the ice-cream that even if I ordered a milkshake I would have been disappointed ☹️
