EDIT: I’m shocked and saddened that I’m being threatened with legal action. I stand by my statement and that it is truthful and honest. It is not my intention to cause harm to the business in fact I hope to see the reviews improvement and action taken to better your service and food by taking on criticisms and learning from feed back no matter how critical, if your reviews Improve I’ll gladly return to give a second chance.
My original statement is based on my opinion/experiences and truthful, the photo taken was truthful with no chips removed/eaten I did not return to complain or ask for a refund as I did not have the time.
This is the worst seafood I’ve had never going back fish made me sick. Owner is very rude, this is what $6 get you save your money and go else where.

Ordered fresh fish from here, the piece I received had this large orange/red streak on it? I decided to not let it go to waste and cooked it as per normal, was sick for two days. Will not get ripped off by poor quality produce again.

Our regular and reliable fish and chip place in a odd location. This fresh fish place is inside a IGA in carindale. We always get the fish and fish special. Which is 4 fish and chips fir $23.95. Perfect to feed the entire family. Their fish is always fresh and chips are chunky and very yummy. Now their service is lacking but the food being so good we always over look it. Always satisfied.

this guy is lucky he's next to a major supermarket for many if his customers! this is the second time we asked him NOT to put salt on our food and he's ignored us once again! we WON'T be going back! the food is not bad but he's just doesn't really listen to request! a shame!

I ordered from here for the first time yesterday. So fresh and delicious--the best fish and chips I have had in Brisbane in a long time. The person who served me overcharged me by $11 though--I ordered one piece of burramundi and a single serve of chips, and according to my bank statement, I was charged $28 when it should have been $17. I will be following up on this today. I appreciate that mistakes happen, but it was not busy, so being overcharged by so much was disappointing.

Food is so tasty. Customer service on the other hand is horrible. Most of the time there either on the phone to eachother or can't even pass off a smile. It's a shame because im there so much and yet they still can't. Trying to find a new fish and chip shop now.
