Chatime was one of my go-to fruit tea & bubble tea drink store .. when I was recently residing in the Philippines I can recommend the Lychee Fruit Tea in Australia .. as I usually ordered Lychee or White Grape Fruit Tea in Philippines - however there's no White Grape in Australia Plus for Bubble T

Had the Hazelnut milk tea. Was quite average. Tasted a tad watered down which was weird coz there was hardly any ice in the cup and the drink wasn’t as cold as I would have preferred.

Tried a few times here as it’s the only bubble tea place around. But very average taste every time. Not really accommodating when it comes to service. Kindly asked for an empty paper cup for a 6 year old kid and even offered to pay for extra but was told no and no and NO. How does one justify that f

This Chatime needs some improvement, compare to other locations. I love drinking their milk tea. But I’m not satisfied with this store. As I was the only customer there, I still need to wait for more than 5 minutes to get my drink. The milk tea was not okay, taste like favoured water with ice.

Product is great but for the years I have been coming here I swear everyone that works here hates their life so much

I love chatime. I come to this one also quite regularly. Unfortunate that there is one bubble tea option at this mall as I know at late hours or bit far. Other staffs were not bad alright these days compare to before at least not throwing things or looking very irritated or uninterested that custome

Ordered a taro milk tea got a pearl milk tea instead. Did not have it in me to argue with them especially after they told me it's already made now. Any other day, i would have complained but i just could not be arsed that time. Pearl tea was okayish..way too much ice..customer service needs massive

The staff at this Chatime are all arrogant and rude Chinese. When I asked if I could reconfirm the change because the change was wrong, she said insisted that she did not make a mistake without confirming it, and then she told the other staffs something in Chinese and everyone laughed while staring
