Such a cool place with the best burgers in town! The buns were so soft and fresh with the burger made to perfection. The interior of this place is awesome and looks like an American diner. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Gold Coast. Solid 10/10.
We always order crispy chicken burger and it’s really good! They are define you better than grill’d. Their milkshakes are also nice. Overall good place.

Hadn’t been for a while, and forgot just how good the burgers are. The Classic with beetroot and egg is amazing. The flavour of the meat..... yummo! Normally have onion rings with special sauce as well, but couldn’t fit them in. If you want an amazing burger, that will satisfy your hunger, go to Betty’s.

Delicious burgers. We ordered onion rings but were given fries instead, however, they gave us the chips for free and provided us with fresh onion rings shortly after. Overall, there was a good atmosphere and friendly staff.
I had the Betty’s Classic Stack which was delicious but very indulgent! The mushroom patty was so rich and flavourful. Definitely a once in a while treat. My 3.5 year old had the kids burger which was a cheeseburger and he loved it. Scoffed the whole thing and a serve of fries on his own! Onion rings also very tasty. I was not really a burger fan before I tried Betty’s Burgers! Yum!
Love the classic betty burger. the meat is always juicy and flavoursome and the sauce really brings it all together to make it a delicious burger :)
Just good tasty burgers (not too heavy) with a double thick shake that was not that overly sweet, but just right and refreshing good service to top it out. BTW the concrete is interesting, think ice cream with a mix of flavours - everybody loved it. The decor is beach diner but everything else what you expect from a burger diner.
Considering we ate Betty’s for 3 meals in a row, I’d say we were impressed! The closest burger I’ve eaten in Australia that matches Shake Shack in New York. Fresh, tasty and delicious. Kathleen was very helpful. We just hope they open up in Perth soon!

I had the Betty’s classic earlier today and I couldn’t of been more impressed with the food and service. There’s one person that stood out in particular named Gina. She used her beautiful manners and made sure I was happy aswell!!!!!

I highly recommend the crispy chicken and the classic Betty(beef) burgers with the special sauce. The pork belly burger is good but the fried pork is a little hard still and I prefer slow cooked soft pork.The fresh fried chips are just wonderful while the milk shake is too sweet for me a asian tourist.The service is perfect. The kind lady just smiled to me with patience all the time when I ordered with my poor spoken English. This pleasant experience makes me loving this city more.😋

The customer service was superb, especially the young waitress Lauri. She not only welcomed us, but went above and beyond to make it the most enjoyable experience. The chips were perfectly salted and the burgers were mouth watering, combining for the perfect balance and providing such a great evening for me and my family.

Ordered Betty's Double with a side of fries and sriracha mayo. The staff (...Gina... you know who you are?) were polite and helpful, the food oh so good, and I walked away with a damn fine grin. Thanx fam. 10/10 would recommend.

Betty’s burgers has a great atmosphere and the best food. I would highly recommend the crispy chicken supreme as the chicken patty has got to be one of the crispiest patties ever and paired with the cheese and bacon it is perfection. Shout out to our server Stella as well for being super helpful and super nice

Our experience at Betty’s Burgers at Robina TownnCenter was fun and interesting due to the exceptional service received by Madi H. She personified the attributes of a good waitress. I don’t often come to Betty’s burgers but at times I have dined in, ordered to take-away and I’ve also ordered through UBER Eats.. the quality of the food is always the same. Plus the dine in service is always exceptional here! 😁 I love quality customer service and consistently every time!

Great place for a burger. Burgers were delicious and the price were very reasonable. Even though it was pretty much self service, Gina, one of the staff was great, helped to collect our meals when it was ready and goes the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable.

Gina was lovely and really went the whole nine yards , asking if I was a beef or chicken man , what she recommended , checked after what I ordered , if I liked it and , a part from her service , the food was awesome. Topclass burgers aren't a given , but my chicken burger was awesome , it wasn't cascading with sauces and salad flying everywhere and the potato skin fries were great too. Great job , just what I needed!
