The owner/chef is so passionate about his food. Every bite was amazing. The food here is definitely not boring and we were recommended really good drinks too. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality, I was in food heaven 🥰

Ever wanted to try the food on masterchef? Here is where you can do it at a reasonable price. Tucked away in an nowhere corner of shops, in the middle of the suburbs lies oasis of culinary delights which obliterates anything you would find at the nearby tourist Hotspots. (This is a secret only discoverable by locals and trip advisor patrons). From my visit I can vouch the following: - the wood fir corn will change your life (corn will never be the same again) - the mains, although lightly portioned, are beautifully presented, flavourful and most importantly leaves room for dessert. - the desserts (now I had the pleasure of visiting with a family group, so I was lucky enough to try all of them), you can't go wrong no matter which one you pick and personally, I recommend just getting all of them! All are rich, indulgent and not-too-sweet. If you have taste buds, then nero is definitly worth going out of your way for. This place is not to be missed!

This place is great. The food, the survice and the wine list are all perfect. If I live in gold coast, I'll go there every week.

Could not be happier with the evening we spent here. The cocktails were fantastic, the service was phenomenal and the food was second to none. I went in a group of 5 and we ordered 5 different meals and shared. Meal sizes were good and pricing was extremely reasonable for what we got. Can't wait to go back and try the banquet. Wow! The quality of the food was fantastic. The service is one the best we have received on the Gold Coast. Well done to the team at Nero cant not wait to come back. The Gnocchi was amazing!!! Great selection of wines and cocktails and we loved the explanation of all of our dishes that came out.

This kind of venue is becoming quite rare. With an amazing menu we chose the set menu to try and taste as many options as possible. Brilliant choice! Each dish was delivered in a beautifully balanced manner with flavours that kept us discussing the taste. Amazing food. Service matched. We waited for nothing all night and every request was no problem. Menu knowledge on the floor was terrific and made any food choices simple. The bar delivered extremely well with every drink, cocktails mostly, putting smiles on our faces. Ambience was lovely and made us feel very comfortable. A memorable night not often delivered by many restaurants in larger "flashier" locations. Well done Andrew and staff. Can't wait to return.
