Review Valentinos - Broadbeach

We got there at 10 pm on a Saturday night and they were happy to give us the service. We ordered Aussie pizza and Cesar salad without any expectations. But Omg both dishes were so delicious! Nice family-run business. Great service. Will be back for sure.

Great service. Good portions. The flavour of the spaghetti pescatore was excellent, the fettuccine zingara less so. Don’t know what was the go with the desserts but the classics of crème caramel and profiteroles were out.

Very friendly staff who genuinely want to provide you with great service. We had a very quick dinner, grilled octopus on a bed of rice and a vegetarian pizza which Valentinos was happy to accomodate half no cheese due to my wife being lactose intolerant. I recommend you give Valentinos a try if you like Italian food a good value prices.

Absolutely beautiful meals, average prices, family run business, every one of them were so helpful and our waiter was very funny he had us in stitches between course's, make sure you book.

Been coming here for years now and this place always has impeccable food and service. Not once have we ever had a bad meal and the staff are amazing even when they're packed and run off their feet, the value never drops. Always leave here stuffed and happy.

Just WOW! Simply the nicest food and experience we have had over our 2 weeks stay! The food is genuine, packed with flavour and fresh ! I feel like I am at home eating at home with my bubba! Menu is extensive and traditional ! Delicious 10 stars ! Thank you

Yummy food, friendly staff and comfy venue. Prices are a tad high, especially deserts though don't let that get in the way of trying this lovely place. Would like to return to try some more dishes.

Arrived with a bunch of friends, didn't get given menus for 15 minutes and couldn't get anyone's attention. Food took an hour.. I ordered a chicken parmigiana and it was $35 and it was processed chicken and very small. I would have rathered get McDonald's. Everyone else felt the same and I could've made it nicer myself to be completely honest. The staff were nice so no complaints there.. I couldn't finish it and to make it worse I ended up vomiting that night. I won't go again and will tell others to pick another place, you will be disappointed.

I don't normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews but this was the WORST Italian food I have ever had. The gnocchi was straight out of a packet, the sauce straight out of a jar. The pizza was dry and flavourless. Absolutely disgusted with the price for such appalling food.

Our group has been coming to Valentino’s a couple times a year for over 15 years now. We have the best time. Tony and Elaine always look after us. And Jimmy’s got to be the best waiter on the GC. The service is always wonderful and the food is delicious. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. That’s Amore ������

Very very disappointed with valentinos arrived at 6.55pm waited ages for anyone to take our order. The waiter was very rude. We repeatedly asked what was going on when customers come in and got served before us and leave after they've eaten. Then the table was taken by another group who got served before our meals came out When we complained all the owner could say is we are very busy. Our argument is that is bullshit. When you are serving other people. After complaining again a woman came out apologizing and said I will make sure you get your order straight away. Nothing happened. we then threatened to walk out 2hours later after we had arrived. Guess what? THEN came the food. One of our party got sick of waiting and walked out, they then tried to charge us for his meal and we refused to pay for it. When we finally did get the bill, we were charged for 3 drinks which we didnt get because they had run out off them. Also ordered 3 garlic bread and got 2 (after an hour and half) and charged for 3. I would not recomend this place ever again to anyone. And certain staff there should not have a job there. We received no apology whatsoever. Ruined the night

Excellent night for my son's birthday. The food was delicious, Tony and staff very friendly and lots of fun. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Yeah soz not soz - had to rush our meal and didn't get to finish it either as had to get to the the Comm Games netball (only across the road) because they were waiting for the "basil" to be delivered - seriously not good enough - no offer of a discount or a free gelato after the game or anything - not a good time to have bad service !!!

What a beautiful family run business, even Nonna & Pappi do their bit to help. Ever so helpful with my elderly mother with her walker and all. Best pasta, seafood & desserts to come across in a very long time. Definitely be back again. The drive from Redcliffe will be worth it.

I was here 4 years ago with some golf buddies & we all had a great dining experience here, so when I brought my family back so they could taste the fabulous food & service we were not disappointed. Love coming here👏
