Surprisingly good food. Came from Sydney with a group of 12. they were able to accommodate and price is also reasonable.

Tried their special $20 all you can eat special, food is ok but the staff is very disgraceful. Kept reminding us if we couldn’t finished the food , they will charge you the full price. The staff was starring at us when we were having the meal and came in few times to remind us , from the beginning we sat on the table until the time we paid in the cashier , still reminding this all you can eat special rules . But the point is we can finish all the food and didn’t waste any food. I saw in the group chat and Facebook , many customers are having the bad experience in the restaurant.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVERAGE FOOD. Tried their $20 all you can eat and manager reminded me twice that I have to finish all the food or they will charge full price per dish plus the $20. Obnoxious staff hovered around watching me while I eat. I couldn't finish two pieces of their oil soaked squid and he wanted to charge me the full price If I didn't finish those two pieces shown in the photo. WOULDN"T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

We had Yum Cha. It took a long time for each dish to come. The super special dishes are in small serve compared with other yum cha restaurants. BTW, there's surcharge for any card payment.

You get better service from ordering at a maccas drive thru by a deaf employee, than you would here. The food was below average, and we were left with a bad experience with the Yum-Cha name.
Plates & Bowls were still dirty and not cleaned at all. Chopsticks still had dried food residue.
Missing dishes from our order.
Cashier made us split our check ourselves rather than inputting into the register. Had us doing math for 5minutes and still charged a surcharge on top of that.
Only enjoyable aspect was the walk back to the hotel enjoying their Custard Buns.

Great place for different palates. Although I didn’t eat anything, my parents thoroughly enjoyed the banana fritter and icecream combination. It also had a great vibe and music to illuminate the restaurant experience. Give this place a chance.

Mediocre at best. $66 between two meals and one of the meals has a total of $1 ingredients in it (soup with clear noodle and wombok + 6 of the tiniest prawns you will ever see)
I advise against eating here, the 5 star reviews are all brand new accounts with a single review each (staff accounts my guess).
My chinese partner said it was one of the worst yum cha she has ever eaten and she is addicted to yum cha…
