$5.10 for a double shot latte was a bit much. And the coffee was served extra hot when didn't ask for. And they didn't follow my order through for three quarter full. For the price they charged I had expected better.

Had a iced mocha after shopping. It was quite bland and not worth the money paid. Staffs were not attentive and properly won’t come back again.

We really enjoyed our cappuccinos and sweet treats in this coffee shop today. The coffees were well made, hot and very tasty. We were spoiled for choice with the cakes, slices and biscuits. Everything we ordered was fresh. Well priced and great customer service.

Worst coffee I have ever had from Zarraffa's. Didn't taste of coffee at all, tasted more like warm milk. The member of staff saw me struggling to put lids on two coffees but didn't offer to help. I won't be visiting again.

Previous manager run the place so much better. Some staff members are friendly but others are stone faced a bit scary to deal with such people. They made one of our coffees in the wrong size, which is fine just human error, but then as we asked about it we were rudely spoken to by staff who took no responsibility and did not even try to rectify the situation. Was honestly shocked with how rude and unhelpful staff were!

Never a good coffee if you like it strong you have to pay for extra shots to get any taste, coffee club and sole origin are so much better.
