I’ve tried Brownie flavor and strawberry cheesecake flavor, both of them tastes amazing, not too sweet and makes me continue eating! Do not order an ice cream cake from this store. I went to pick up my cake from pacific fair where I ordered it from and got told I had to drive to surfers paradise ( no parking anywhere) to get my cake. Told them I would come back later and they said if you want the cake you will have to go there. N

Unfortunately we had absolutely no customer service on our recent visit to this store to purchase our sundaes and shakes. We were told by the staff member that she wasn’t making sundaes or milkshakes only scoops of ice-cream due to her being too busy and needed to go unload an order downstairs. I

Heija prepared our sundaes and to be honest, my partner hasn’t stopped raving about it. Our experience was fun, lighthearted and tasteful for sure - and that’s because of the experience Heija provided. Thank you for making our date night that much better, we hope to be back soon! Xx Tatyana

Ben & Jerry’s pacific fair has terrible service. We were on holidays, bought a sundae to find out they had run out of cream & brownies. Then didn’t get told it had run out until I was about to pay for it, no discount provided. Don’t advertise something if you can’t supply it & if you can’t supply it
