I’ve tried Brownie flavor and strawberry cheesecake flavor, both of them tastes amazing, not too sweet and makes me continue eating! The texture is just perfect, that was my try, maybe might not be the same all the time. Anyways, will try out other flavors when I have chance. I think others won’t be too bad too.

Do not order an ice cream cake from this store. I went to pick up my cake from pacific fair where I ordered it from and got told I had to drive to surfers paradise ( no parking anywhere) to get my cake. Told them I would come back later and they said if you want the cake you will have to go there. No offer of refund for my trouble, no alternative solution - just go there if you want your cake. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Contacted head office and again heard nothing. No customer service at all. Seriously do not use this store if you want a cake. Go somewhere else. Very disappointed and surprised that the Ben and Jerry’s brand is this poor.

Unfortunately we had absolutely no customer service on our recent visit to this store to purchase our sundaes and shakes. We were told by the staff member that she wasn’t making sundaes or milkshakes only scoops of ice-cream due to her being too busy and needed to go unload an order downstairs. I stated it was only 7pm & the store is open til 9pm to which she replied with an eye roll and an arrogant mannerism that she’ll make what we want off the menu. It was the most uncomfortable customer service experience we have ever encountered. The sundaes were messy and we had to ask for fudge, napkins etc. No effort at all was made when received them. They were just thrown into into a cups and they certainly didn’t look anything like they advertise on their picture menu. Big disappointment!

Heija prepared our sundaes and to be honest, my partner hasn’t stopped raving about it. Our experience was fun, lighthearted and tasteful for sure - and that’s because of the experience Heija provided. Thank you for making our date night that much better, we hope to be back soon! Xx Tatyana

Ben & Jerry’s pacific fair has terrible service. We were on holidays, bought a sundae to find out they had run out of cream & brownies. Then didn’t get told it had run out until I was about to pay for it, no discount provided. Don’t advertise something if you can’t supply it & if you can’t supply it discount it! Staff need better training & please smile. If you don’t want to be there, go find another job!

Very poor service from start to finish. We ordered a birthday cake for my son's 3 year birthday party. I called to confirm that order within the 24 hours like it states on the website. The girl that answered the phone said that she was not "trained to handle these type of calls". Before saying that and me trying to explain that I was confirming my order, she asked me if I was picking up an Uber order, wanting to cancel my order, before overtly asking "oh so you want me to cancel your order?". I should have known and gone with my gut feeling at this point.. Oh and I had to call back later to speak to a Supervisor to confirm which took 5 seconds. Then, I went to pick my order up at Pacific Fair at the pick-up time and was told that my cake was not there, they thought that it was downstairs and were looking for it, until finding out that it was mistakenly at their Surfer's Paradise store. I had a trolley full of groceries and 2 children (1 of them a newborn) and we had a massive party to prepare for that was the next morning. Had to inconveniently go into Surfer's, park 15 minutes walk each way away from the store to be told that somebody mistakenly wrote the wrong store on the order docket. Will never ever be ordering a cake from this mob again. So unorganized and dysfunctional. Ben & Jerry's should just stick to serving ice cream and not get into the cake game ( will be sticking with either Cold Rock or Baskin Robbins the next time ). Needless to say, not impressed.....

Had the Dairy Free Cookie Dough flavour and thought it was fantastic. I loved the large chunks smattered throughout and thoroughly enjoyed the richness of the flavour. A little bit on the sweeter side and this may have been to do with the fact that it was dairy free (not sure what dairy alternative was used). As usual Ben and jerry is always good ! But scoops could be bigger considering price !

Service was very slow with many waiting customers and only one unenthusiastic employee. However the cookie cookie sundae tasted as good as it ever was and the toppings were given very generously. It was my first time having Ben and Jerry's ice cream and I got to say that they've won me over. However I may go try the one at Surfers Paradise as the wait at this one was a little too long for me.

Overrated for price...<br/><br/>Was expecting big things but was let down by lack of staff, ice cream tasted funny, almost as if it had melted slightly and refrozen and the pricing was far too high for the size of the scoops given.

Ben and Jerry's is known for their interesting flavours but personally I find them too sweet with too many ingredients. Nevertheless, I tried the Chunky Monkey (banana and chocolate) flavour. The banana taste was artificial and the ice cream had a very grainy texture. This was also the case for the cookie dough flavour - the dough and vanilla ice cream were both grainy.
