Came here for breakfast last Saturday to watch the SupaNova parade. We sat for 10 minutes before I had to go to the counter and ask if it was table service. They said it was, so I sat back down and we waited another 5 minutes before a waitress came out with menus. We ordered coffees straight away and food shortly after. 20 minutes later neither coffee nor food had arrived and waitress came to say they had lost our order. We waited another 20 minutes and after no coffee or food, no explanation and the parade well and truly over, we left. As we left, the table next to us who had arrived before us only just got their coffees. The whole place was a mess and full of dirty tables. Would not go back.

Upon our stay in broadbeach stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant, were seen to straight away and offered a choice of seating. Live entertainment on our first visit was a great addition and the service was impeccable. On our second visit we were remembered straight away and offered a similar seat. Very very happy. Food was sensational... No negatives for any of the team, compliments to the chef and thank you to Kent for your amazing service!

Quality of food was bad and the wait was longer than an hour. When the food did start to arrive it all came separately. I was finished my meal before hubby even got his and kids were almost asleep. We asked for water three times and lemon never arrived.
I should have checked the reviews before sitting down.

If you want a better experience go to any other restaurant in Broadbeach. Arrived at 7:30pm on a Friday night and less than half the restaurant was occupied. From ordering drinks took at least 30 minutes, entrees took 45 minutes and mains didn't come up until 9pm! From the mains then steak was cold and dry and the chips were inedible, the pizza was medicore. At least one table walked out due to the poor service and had we not been so hungry we would have followed.

Despite being seated quickly, our drinks were all that arrived; I don't think our food order made it to the kitchen. The coffee was average at best and the food didn't look much better (maybe it was for the best that we never got to eat it). The staff made no effort to correct the mistake either. Can't recommend this place at all.

Sooo slow. We ordered 2x BLT's and the bacon came out undercooked and the buns burnt to a crisp. Plus we got served way after a table of 8 that arrived 20 mins after us. Had to ask for water and cutlery. Large skim cap cost $6!! Terrible!!

2 stars as the two kids serving really were trying their best with little to no direction. Food isn't great and either is the coffee but the fresh juice was ok. Seems to get as lot of one time customers lured in by the $10 breaky but there is a lot of competition in the area.
