My kebab was nice & exactly how i liked plus he fried my onions which makes nicer but the best thing of all was the service. The man who served me was so nice & friendly which you dont get as often in shopping centers here but we did used to get in Wollongong. I would have given him a 6 out of 5 for service if i could.

I hope I don't get food poisoning . My goodness I waited for the lady out the back ( she saw me twice and just kept doing what she was doing ) then 5 minutes later no hello just grunted at me !! when I should of walked away she grabbed the tomato with her bare hand ( no gloves ) I said may I please have other lettuce as it was all brown ( 11.15am in the morning ) every take away shop was shut Anzac Day except McDonald's ( I should of eaten there ) . The food was dreadful blew $ 13.00 and ate 3 mouthfuls and binned the rest .

Personally, I would say there is nothing much outlets in this shopping mall that we could shop or catch our eyes/interest. The mall is rather simple. Totally different from Pacific Fair.

The worse customer service on the planet, parked there and left 5 to 9pm as after 9pm they charge you. Got to an exit which already had a gate in front of it. By the time I got to the after hour exit it was just after 9pm and they wanted to charge me so I contacted them and explained. The lady just keeps reading the same answers and did not communicate at all ( it might have been a robot thinking about it now). Last time i have gone there and parked.

Wifi is rubbish. Only in particular spots and when you do finally get in, it drops out intermittently. For such a big shopping Centre in the year 2016, not good enough. I'm off to Pacific Fair.

$12 to park for going 1 hr & 3 mins over the free 3 hours is outrageous. Time to dine elsewhere, we think! No wonder it was so quiet.
