We waited 20 minutes behind one car and 5 more minutes when it was our turn our meal was two twisters and a nugget meal. The guy never greeted us to explain what was going on just appologised and gave us free chips. That's the only reason I gave two stars. Better communication next time.
Been going here for 2 + years and have never had a bad meal. Always fresh, Service is great. Some other local franchises need to take lessons from these guys. Keep up the good work.
This store is by far the best KFC on the coast and the restaurant general manager & the rest of their management team deserve recognition and a payrise. Ive been a manager in fast food and it isnt easy, but every time Ive been to this store the service has been fast, foods been amazing and its clear
New staff, new experience and food was fresh and the best its ever bee. Feels like new management has taken over. Now my fav KFC!
Staff member taking orders at drivethru last Friday lunch time has zero personality. Very abrupt and does not know how to greet customers. Would it kill you to smile or say "welcome to KFC"? You got paid public holiday rates, why do you look so angry? Geez
Asked for spicy got regular. Chicken was bad and fries were cold and soft. Tasted like it was a day old.
The best KFC on the Gold Coast that I know of. The chicken is always been cooked to perfection every time I have ordered from this location.
