This place does the best lahmacun but the only problem is the consistency .It really depends on who's making the lahmacun that day sadly. Kebabs are consistent. Kids meal are over priced.

Prepare to be suprised. It doesnt look like much inside or out but its got some great food. Starting off with a huge basket of hot turkish bread. Its too much. Hope they arent reusing the leftovers.

Big plate of gyros generous dips. Chilli isnt too hot but has a little kick. Juicy seasoned meat. A small serving is plenty for lunch. If you go large i have no idea how much food that's going to be. The rest of the meals sound really good. I'll be back in the area for work and wont hesitate to drop back in get a tasty, traditional no frills meal.

The constant stream of people (all ages) coming into the shop is a good sign that the food is good.

Be Broad minded. One does not usually have reason to expect much from a takeaway eatery next to a train station. So the burek from this fairly non-descript Turkish takeaway in downtown Broadmeadows was a pleasant surprise. Crisp and buttery pastry, delightfully salty cheese and spinach filling, warmed to eat in - and only $5.

I didn't particularly care for the eggplant or cacik dips ($5 together) but they were served with a huge bowl of toasted Turkish bread on request. And the staff service was charming.
So look past the less than salubrious location and enjoy the benefits.

Oldie but goodie which we haven't been back to in about 2 years and it didn't disappoint. Located right in front of Broadmeadows Train station and along the busy Pascoe Vale Road, Station Kebab bring simplicity but deliciousness to Turkish staples. We ordered our usual Mixed Doner Grill that came with a combination of lamb and chicken of the spit along with some rice, warm turkish bread, a salad and 2 dips $14.0 Cacik and a new carrot dip what we hadn't had before this time around and was great. Even ordered additional Peynirli Samsun Pide $7.5 which had feta cheese and parsley that went down a treat.

Delicious food at bargain prices. In contrast to our regular favourite down at MKS - Melbourne Kebab Station in Nidrie, Station Kebab House was and still is the OG! Hit this place up if you're around or even if you're not! Don't expect lavish Turkish decor as we had the experience of seeing over in QLD Toowoomba @Sofra as its really the most basic of set ups but the food is great, the owners are friendly and it's value for money. Till next time, this is Our Foodie Find!

They are a bit slow to give you your food and its not good when you want to catch a train but they have cheap snack packs with crispy and well seasoned chips.

Not bad for a quick kebab. The lamb kebab I got from here after a madhouse day on the psych ward at Broady Hospital was nothing extraordinary, but it was still better than 50% of the ones I've eaten in town. It's a Muslim-style sanger, inside a doubled-over piece of Afghan bread, the toothsome kind filled with air pockets, similar to what most of the kebab shops in Afghandenong serve. No red onions, though -- to me, they're a signature Turkish thing. Lots of other Turkish items such as gozleme and flatbread pizzas on the menu inside, though. The meat was decent -- smaller shaved pieces than most places give you, gut a goodly amount. The flavour wasn't as charry-delicious as Lamb's or Stalactites but it wasn't full of fat like theirs, either. This was lamb that tasted like it came off a real animal, not that smooth-textured plastic-y stuff a lot of places give you. The kebab was a hefty size, and a decent deal @ $10 for it and a can of Coke. Not a bad snack if you're catching a train from the station.
