Great polite service. I ordered take away for myself And the couple of friends that love Chinese Food. I called my order through, Veterian fried rice and 2 large soups, Wonton with Noodles and vegetables. The rice was nicely and clean, not over tasty that's a good thing die veterian fried rice, minimal stock and sale used. Really would have given it a five if it had been fried few more minutes to get that old fashioned fried flavour through it. As rice goes it was slandered. The Won Tom soups where so heaped up with wontons and vegetables and doodles. It made such a complete hardy meal. If you order this dish it will completely fill you up. I'm not sure how long this particular restaurant has been servicing take away food. My only other critique and I seriously hope they read this review. please put the soup broth unto a separate container from noodles ans veg. If you do ordered this dish remember to request separate containers for broth. Ours arrived together and we though all the yummy broth had fallen out some how or was missing. I always get my broth separate form other restaurant take aways. When the broth is mixed with the noodles and wontons before delivery toy you just end up with a bowl of soggy noodles, mushy vegetables and soft noodles. Other then that allows was Ok. It was delivered by Uber so it's had a five dollar delivery charge. The dois arrived nice and hot. I will give it a second chance and request my order to be finished as I like and expect it to be. It is slightly expensive although I should not have ordered so much 😂. I had Chinese for days. Worst chinese in broadmeadows area and very expensive,. A small bowl of plain rice $5 - nowhere in Aus. Owner thinks he is doing a favour, in that dirty place full of flies. NEVER TO GO BACK - BUK

Ordered their beef chowmein via Uber eats. It was too good. I ate all of it. Would like to try more of their dishes in future.

It’s about time I wrote a review because this place deserves a great one. I’ve always ordered their chicken in black bean sauce with rice (now ordering two serves often as one is never enough) and I’ve never been disappointed. Flavoursome food at a reasonable cost and the staff are so friendly - they’ll know it’s your order as soon as you walk in! Great serving size. Good value for money.

I am never disappointed whenever we order Kong's for our lazy day work lunch. The lunch menu is amazing and great value for money.

This is one of the only Chinese food options you can get in Broadmeadows shopping centre. Some of my friends have told me good things about this place so we decided to give it a try. We got the Combination Fried Rice and the Char Kuay Teow as we wanted to stick to safer options. The food actually wasn’t bad here - the noodles were quite flavourful and the rice was cooked well. But we did find that it was a little bit on the pricier side, considering the portion sizes and since you can get way cheaper Chinese food in the city or east side.

Kong's Chinese Bistro in Broadmeadows is the tastiest chinese in the area.<br/>The meat is tender and vegetables are cooked perfectly. Lemon chicken is cooked as a whole breast then sliced which is delicious as there isn't too much batter.<br/>The staff are great and you can dine aswell.

Great chinese food and the price of dishes WITH rice are quite reasonable. My parents love the food a lot. Highly recommend!Highly recommend!Highly recommend!

LIT!: First time here and tbh I was no expecting customer service to be great, but they proved me wrong. The lady was so patient and explained everything with a smile on her face, and although we stayed till their closing time, they wanted us to take our time. In terms of food, the serving size was huge! <br/><br/>NOT SO LIT: the food was quite average, but definitely enjoyable! <br/><br/>Thanks for having us! X

Love it here! Staff are so friendly and food is so quick! Usually get the lunch and dinner packs, suck great value and awesome that you can get take away aswell! Highly recommend!

Best black bean chicken I have ever had. Great food and service. Singapore noodles very nice as well. Prices very reasonable and meals large.

If your ever in the area check this take away/limited seating restaurant. Great serves fresh, hot and tasty and very reasonably priced . Quick service nothing flash about the interior but makes up for it on the kitchen with great Chinese food.

It was cold and rainy...On the spur of the moment I decided to grab some Chinese take-away from Kong Bistro - I think it's relatively new..don't recall it being there, or not there, last time I looked...I think..?<br/>Anyway...very pleasantly surprised...and will definitely go back again...<br/>Between the four of us we had a Terriyaki Chicken, a Sweet & Sour Pork, a Mongolian Beef and a Chicken with Chinese Vegetables.<br/>They were all delicious, packed with super fresh vegetables, ample meat, and had a clean light taste (take-away Chinese can quite often be oily on the palate]. <br/>We had the Large Dinner Special - a large take-away container consisting of our chosen dish served with steamed rice - $10.90 per person.<br/>We're large eaters and it satisfied us...<br/>A good, clean, healthy cheap-eat...highly recommended...<br/>Visited Sunday 6th Sep 2015 for a take-away Dinner.

This place is the worst and has the worst customer service I ordered something and got something different the owner did not even say ok ill change it for you, instead he argued with me and did not change my food. I asked him so I have to eat this he said yes which is pretty wow I'm a customer in the end of the day I make you money like others, then he said your mum has been coming here for a long time and I basically said this will be our last and his response was ok no problem with attitude I don't care. I have never been to a restaurant or a take away place were my food does not get changed or even get treated like this the owner or who ever it was know exactly who I am, you and your business is pathetic. You literally scammed my money. Like I told you I will make sure this goes out not only on Facebook but everywhere I can put onto.

Tasteless food, bad service. Never never will i buy Chinese food here again, tasteless and believe me they don't like to be told that either, <br/>Was very shocked on the reaction of staff there when i told them the dish was taste less, should of left when i saw another customer ask for his meal to be put in a take away container and the waitress handed the customer a empty container to do it himself !!! No service no flavour no idea

Yummyy!. I eat at kongs like 3 times a week. It is actually the greatest restaurant in the southern hemisphere.<br/>10/10.<br/>Great service and food is always top notch!

Surprised and impressed. Walked in to get a quick bite to eat. Very friendly service, and food came out super quick. I had the chili & garlic chicken & rice dinner for $9.90 and was surprised - the chicken was fresh and tender, no gristle - good quality tasty chicken. I'll be back :)

All I can say is - I've had better Chinese at a foodcourt. Terrible food and over priced. Stay away.

Typical suburban Chinese take away food, neither fantastic nor terrible, however, to put it nicely, my body rejected the food when I got home.
