Review The Garden Cafe - Bronte

Charlotte McCarthy
The coffee here is really good and their food has that home cooked element - straight forward fry ups that are delicious and not too pricey. Their traditional Irish breakfast has both white and black puddings, along with the eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and baked beans with lovely buttery toast. They also serve cakes. Fast and friendly service, some outdoor seating out the back, this place is a great little cafe. It's cash only, but there's a CBA bank with ATM next door so that solves that problem.

My friends & I go regularly to this cafe for breakfast. We have never been served a breakfast so quickly and also freshly made with wonderful, friendly service. Sitting in the court yard is always pleasant. The food is consistently good. Nothing is too much trouble. Sunday morning regulars.

The 3 best things about my favourite cafe- No 1 is that they make best Bacon Benedict in the Eastern Suburbs, hands down. No 2 is that the eponymous garden is year round , weather round glorious to be in. No 3 is Amanda's warmth . How could the people of Waverley do without her (and her perfect coffee?)
