Ordered 2 large baconary reds boxes and when I got my order I just got 2 large bacon burger meals. When I went in to get it changed I was told they will get it fixed then had another guy come from out the back and said no we can't do anything because you've already paid for this meal. Avoid at all costs so unfriendly and certainly unhelpful needs to be closed down immediately.

Sorry Chicken Treat, but after waiting 25 mins+ in your drive thru, for an overpriced and disappointing meal box, we won’t be back. Staff were friendly, I felt bad for them.

Worst Chicken Treat you could possibly visit and yet another francisee doing damage to what used to be a really good brand. The customer service is appalling. Don't dare make any changes, it's an argument everytime. Very rude and clearly no care for customer service and satisfaction

Ordered a Kids chicken and chips combo, the orange juice was off, a greeny colour, checked the use by date was November 2021..took it back to the manager to alert her and she denied it without checking (I wish I'd taken photo) really bad customer service from this woman, I hope Kerry reads this

Nothing positive or negatuve. All satisfactory here. Seen and served in a timely manner. Chips were hot, chicken rolls were good. All in all, I'd eat here again if i needed to. Thanks!

For being in broom it was extremely good from what we used to and had no expectations but it being really good and the staff were excellent

I went through the drive through on Monday 27-12-21 made an order the person serving closed the window I thought I had to drive on and my order and change of $50 would be brought to me I then realised that I had to wait after talking to the car behind me I then proceeded in the shop when I was given my order but denied change I was furious at the situation the manager told me they would check the till at the end of the night after calling the following day she again denied my change. Shockingly dissatisfied disappointed and the worst customer communication I've ever experienced. May it come out of you tenfold Thieves

Wait time is good food is ok but the attitude of the staff is really bad very unfriendly rude it’s each time I’ve been there you need people who are friendly to work up front and in drive through
