Review Gloria Jeans - Browns Plains

Sorry but bad coffee. This isn’t the first time either but sure will be the last. The bitterness coming through is coming from your machine, not the coffee. Get it serviced or clean on a daily basis like you should.

Coffee is delicious and they listened to my order and delivered exactly what I wanted! When I went back to ask for my coffee to be more hot, they didn't complain or reply rudely; and instead smiled and said 'no worries.' They always remember my order and make me feel like more than just a customer!

Well what can I say but WOW. Today I was served by two young ladies and one by the name of Angela or Angel. I have no words other than that the service was impeccable! The toasties looked and tasted amazing and coffee was spot on. The store was very clean and service was fast even though it was a bit busy. I also had a special order as my mother is allergic to soy and they catered for that with no questions. Owners should be very proud and happy of these two young ladies.

Really good quality coffee, I wouldve brought something to eat like a piece of cake or something- but the food is very expensive. So I didnt, the coffee was good though I always get a cappicino with an extra shot, full cream milk no cream no chocolate dust :) The staff were very busy, so hard to know if they were nice. They were very efficient though. Considering how many orders they were taking they definitely got it out in a timely manner!.

Drinks have been very inconsistent lately. Also food was not heated properly, spinach and feta roll was stone cold in the middle. Refund was given quickly, the girls are lovely but I dont order from Gloria Jeans for a smile. Owners please invest in more staff training or have more experienced staff on for the busy periods. I use to be a loyal customer but I find myself giving Gloria Jeans a miss, more and more.

Visited store on 16/3/19. I ordered a rocky road drink, got told they don't make that drink even though it was on the menu. So I got an iced chocolate. It was not an iced chocolate, it was more like an icy drink. Iced chocolate is milk, chocolate topping, scoop of ice-cream and cream on top. Very disappointed in the fact that a coffee shop cant make such a basic drink.

They make great coffees but close 10 minutes before official timing. They said according to their ipad its over 4 o'clock. As per google time it was 3:53. Disappointed!

Walkabout around the Grand Plaza Shopping Centre and we have a pit stop for some cake and coffee. Service is always fast and friendly. The Cafe Latte and Swiss Roll hit the spot! Thank you Guys!

I always enjoy my 'chiller' I get from Gloria Jeans in the summer and the hot mochas in the winter. I love get the Tim Tam chiller or the Cookies and Cream Chiller, they are so delicious and such a delicious treat. The drinks aren't overly expensive and you get quite a bit in you cup.

Not scoring this a 3 for the coffee as I had already had one or two for the day,. Have had my eye on some elegant looking lemon meringue tarts for a while now. I don't know if they are still using Preistly cakes here but they used to.  Anyway these lemon meringues looked different to Preistly's to me so I was eager to try one  even at $6 a pop. Glad I did because they were melt in the mouth delicious
