Review Subway - Browns Plains

Caitlyn was such a lovely sandwich artist. Great atmosphere in the store with someone so happy and bubbly behind the counter. Definitely a great subway store!

Employees sitting in the store 15-20 minutes after opening with the front doors locked. If you say you open at 8 on the website and the door, make sure your employees are smart enough to open the doors at 8 or at least around 8! Not 20+ mins after!!

Love how they remember my order and take care making my food.

Love the ladies in this store, always so talkative and make awesome food. I come here every day for lunch when I'm working down the road.

Absolutely tragic customer service. Fly crawling on my sub and the older woman serving me and my colleague was furious when I asked her to remake it. Scrunched it up and pegged it into the bin. Left my colleagues sandwich on top of the toaster to get cold while she began to make an uber order. The poor other girl in there copping the brunt of the customers while the older lady just walks into the back and stares out. All the pans empty and unappealing. Took almost half an hour to serve 5 customers… sort it out, and if she is the manager, for the love of god, time for a new hire.

These people need to desperately retrain their staff in safe COVID practices. Came in here for lunch on the 09/04/21 at 13:15 only to see 7 people packed into the store when there should have only been 6 (as per the giant sign on their front door) and 3 of the people had no mask on them one of which had a slight cough. These people should have been refused service especially in a place that serves food and especially when it’s currently the law. The female staff member working was also wearing her mask on backwards. Sandwich was good but I honestly didn’t feel great eating it after that experience. Reported to the health department, next time I’ll be travelling the extra distance to subway westpoint where I have always seen them only follow the highest of health standards and covid practices.
