We went to the Bottomless Booze Lunch, it was all worth it. The service was exceptional very friendly and busy the right amount of attentive. The food was delicious. The cocktails were divine, as were the mocktails, we especially liked the espresdo martini 😀 Thank you for a wonderful lunch. Highly recommend a visit here. We will definitely be back.

I had my 21st Birthday here and honestly couldn’t fault it at all! Was such an amazing night. The venue and all its facilities is top notch. The food is amazing and still to this day people are raving on about how great the night was. The staff behind the bar were amazing as well as provided such a friendly, attentive and fun service. James is such a pleasure to work with and ensures that your vision in how you want to run your event comes to life. If your looking for a amazing place to celebrate at I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing! Everything we ate was unbelievably delicious. The tacos were particularly outstanding and we loved the cocktails. Also best Sangria we've ever had and awesome, genuine service to go with it. We also really appreciated the dietary codes marked on the menu and the GF options as me and my friend have dietary restrictions and it made it super easy for us. It's must try!

The tacos and dessert was awesome. The bottomless brunch was a awesome effort they definitely quick with there service with the drinks.

I had an unpleasant encounter with a man on the street harassing me and the staff were incredibly supportive, in particular the manager James. Really amazing allyship to women shown by this venue. We found Basco to be welcoming and friendly. We were quickly seated and served by a polite and knowledgeable staff member. The nachos were a generous portion and very tasty. Cool atmosphere and interesting range of Mexican standards done differently. We changed our order during our meal and it wasn’t a problem at all. Had a delicious dinner at Basco! James is a delight and was so welcoming. Each dish was fantastic making it hard to pick a favourite but the Shanghai ribs were particularly delicious. Margaritas were also 10/10.

I organised a surprise birthday party for my partner here at Basco and hired out the Gold function room. Not only was it an absolute blast and amazing value, James helped us keep it a secret even when we came to dine weeks before the event. The food was fantastic, especially the crumbed camembert! Having all the food as pintxos made it super easy for everyone to eat and made for a wide variety of tastes and flavours. I highly recommend Basco for functions or just dinner out, fun and fresh atmosphere, amazing staff and super delish menu. The banquet option is great value if you want a couple tacos, small dishes and wrap it up with churros for dessert. The drink specials are perfect too with happy hour.

I recently had my 30th Birthday at Basco Brunswick and all I can say is WOW! What an incredible venue with such amazing, friendly and beautiful staff. Everything was perfect. James the owner was so attentive and helped with every tiny little detail to help make my night an unforgettable one. My friends and family are still raving about the incredible food, stunning venue and the down to earth, smiley staff. And the cannoli cake!!! Where do I even begin! Out of this world brilliant! My guests loved that they could help themselves to pieces of the cake and it just looked amazing!!! Can not thank you enough! I really wish I could do it all again! Goes without saying, I highly recommend Basco Brunswick to anyone and everyone! If you are looking for a function space, look no further! These guys have you covered. A million thank you's to Basco Brunswick, James and the staff. It was the best birthday yet!

The staff and Food are A1 I went there for the first time and i was very impressed, the food was so fresh and the staff was so friendly and help you with everything. If you are looking for a place to eat i recommend Basco you wont be sorry.

Had an amazing time at Basco for my husbands surprise 40th birthday. James snd his staff were great and did a amazing job. The house DJ we had Gerry K was awesome. The room we were in had a balcony which was really good too. Would reccomend to have any function here. Thanks again James and Gerry �

I booked a table to have dinner at Basco's on a Friday night. We were about 12 people and had a great time. I really liked the atmosphere in Basco, staff was totally friendly and did a great job in meal preparation, serving us and making us feel comfortable. We all enjoyed the food (myself the vegetarian options and friends also had various meat options), drinks, music in the back round but still being able to talk to each other, which was fun. I would like to thank James who did all the booking with me (fast responding and flexible) and the whole amazing Basco crew for the great evening. First off the food was amazing it was just a shame that it took a total of 2 and a bit hours to get our entire meal. The staff seemed to constantly be confused as to where we were at in our order because it came out over such a long period of time. The quality of the food was great though.

Had my 40th at Basco last Friday night What an awesome venue Service, food, staff..... just perfect Honestly could not ask for more from a venue And we went back the following night for dinner and the food was just divine Need to say a massive thank you to James and his crew who were just superb in helping make not just my night, but everyone's night so memorable and spectacular without any issues Can't speak highly enough about this place

Sensational! A friend introduced me to this Sydney Road pad and I truly loved the food, cocktails and general feel of the place. Will be bringing friends to experience this establishment. Bravo!

AMAZING!!!!!!! James and the team at BASCO were simply awesome. The food, service, atmosphere and price were great. Flavours were awesome and you couldn't ask for a more accomodating and professional team. This had to be the freshest and most flavour full mexican with a twist that I have had. This was the first of many more visits to come. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at Basco on Friday night and can't rate it highly enough. Everything was great from the moment we met James a few weeks ago right up until the end of the night. The Red Room is perfect for a function - the food and service were second to none, as backed up by the many comments from friends and family on the night. Thank you James and Anne and the rest of the team for helping to make my 40th birthday a truly memorable night!!

Food was great! Fresh and tasty. We were at a function and service to that section was very slow. The a la carte tables seemed to get priority. Maybe they were short staffed that night but I was starving by the time the food came. I would have otherwise given it 4.5 stars.

Best bar in all of Melbourne! Great staff, delicious food and the best espresso martinis, plus the female toilets are covered in photos of Ryan Gosling!!! What more would you want?!
