If you like the usual corner store Indian food like butter chicken, rogan josh etc, then don't go to bhang. The food here is amazing and different. I don't like spinach, but the crispy spinach chaat is delicious. One of my favourite small dishes. The chicken two ways and charcoal roasted cauliflower had some great texture and taste. We had gulab jamun and spiced pear for dessert which looked and tasted beautiful. The decor is fabulous and pretty cool with a downstairs bar and restaurant upstairs.
This place adds a little bit more class to their food selection and all for very reasonable prices. Booked a table for 6 and walked out of there very satisfied. Also have to take advantage of the happy hour from 5 to 7. Very tasty, very filling and great for sharing.
Dined at this funky modern style Indian eatery last night. The dishes were balanced and flavours were fresh and vibrant. Can't stop thinking about the delicious warm, crunchy but soft garlic naan bread, chicken, prawns and battered spinach leaves . All topped off with a yummy margarita , coming back very soon x
Another splendid meal at bhang ; always interesting, she much better than the other run of the mill Indian food nearby. You guys need to set up a loyalty card!
Behind the grungy warehouse wall is an uber cool mix of street smart dining and wine bar. Upstairs was warm and cosy, and the reasonably priced menu was perfect for a very cold winter night. The food was delicious, from the crunchy yet soft centred soft shell crabs & samosas to the moorish lamb neck and southern vegetable curries with naan. The tandoori lamb was perfectly spiced and don't forget to wash it all down with the best mango lassi in Melbourne. It's not sickeningly sweet, made with quality yoghurt & mango dusted with delectable fruits and nuts on top.
My partner thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails and wines.
Watch this Brunswick new kid on the block folks.
Totally amazing food. Soft shell crab and the briani were so good. Can't fault the service either
Absolutely scrumptious!!! Loved every morsel of food and every drop of those delicious cocktails! Modern Indian done right!
Awesome place, awesome people and awesome food. Highly recommended :)
Funky vibe, Amazing service, fantastic cocktails and IPA's on tap.. And the food I will be sure to take more of my family and friends to experience as soon as I possibly can!
We had a smorgasbord selection of the menu from the Spinach Chaat to Garlic Naan, Paneer samosas, cucumber and mint Raita, pineapple and pepper chutney, 2x Chicken curries, Lamb neck curry, light fluffy basmati, spicy fries and more.. and not one time were we disappointed.
Big thank you to the 'Bhang' team ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤
Food, service and cocktails were all on point. XXX
The food and decor was incredible! Absolutely sensational!
Went to Bhang last night for the first time and really loved it. We had 4 vegan dishes (there were about 6 vegan mains to choose from I think) and all were great. Definitely exceeded expectations which were already fairly high. There’s a good atmosphere with low lighting and cool music but it’s still relaxed and not pretentious at all. Can’t wait to return or ubereats sometime.
Great venue with relaxed vibe. Food is all great and have gone here multiple times now, will be back again.
Bhang has been on our mind for a long time, thanks to their Thali nights. Unfortunately, we couldn't manage to go for any for various reasons. When enquired they told us that their Thali Nights are once every three months and not wanting to wait that long we finally; with our friends, visited this restaurant.
Ordered a Daru Daiquiri (You can never take away an Old Monk from an Indian), An Italian in Varanasi (Negroni with a twist) and Of Course Mango Manhattan with Vodka instead (Kunnu being allergic to Whiskies and Scotches) from their brief but interesting Bar Menu until we could decide on the Entrée and Mains
Soon enough, before we could toast, we ordered Bharwa Baingan (Stuffed Eggplant), Ragda Pattice (Potato Patties soaked in Dal), Jhungli Mans (Goat), Lamb Cutlet, Kori Gassi (Chicken Curry), some.Rotis and Rice. Of course, we had to end this beautiful evening on a sweet note so ordered the Pudding and Gulab Jamun, the only two desserts on the menu.
After the mandatory Toast and Boomerang we got down to trying each other's Drinks.
Drink of the Day would easily be Daru Daiquiri and Mango Manhattan. Strong flavors of alcohol and subtlety of other elements (without being over powered by the alcohol) made it wonderful.
Disappointingly BITTER and tasteless Negroni was a total letdown.
From the food bit, although a bit modernised Lamb Cutlet , Kori Gassi and Bharwa Baingan were the Dish of the Day. Perfectly cooked and spiced Lamb Chops had the same spices that a chicken tika would have (which can be a disaster) but a perfectly cooked meat manages to enhance the flavors. Kori Gassi was a cross between the Butter Chicken and The Gassi but tasted lovely. And the unusually Crispy and Charred Eggplant served with a creamy rich gravy made sure we licked it off from the plate although totally different from the actual Bharwa Bangain that we make back in India.
Jhunglee Maans and Ragda Patrice were decent to taste. Goat meat was a bit on chewy side. And Ragda Pattice was quite underwhelming because of the Modernized version. Nevertheless, they were good enough to liked.
Cherry on the cake was definitely the Desserts. Both were beautifully well done. Couldn't point out any element that would not synergize with each other.
In all, a beautiful evening with beautiful souls and food.
Plenty to choose from for Vegans Vegetarians and Peeps who are on Glutenfree Diet.
Attendants are warm and friendly but way too laidback for a restaurant like this one. Not at all easy on pocket but the quality and taste makes-up for it.
Definitely visiting them again.

Finally made it to Bhang, I say that because I have heard so much about this restaurant from everyone around that I had to try it out. I along with a bunch of friends decided to try out their Thali night. It was Kashmiri thali, honestly, I haven't eaten much Kashmiri food but the food at Bhang that night was just luscious, rich and mouth-watering. Every dish was cooked with care to perfection.
We had an option to choose from Veg and Non-Veg thali. I picked the non-veg thali and requested them if they would let me swap a few dishes with the veg menu and they were kind enough to let me do that. There were unlimited pulao and papadam. We ordered a few cocktails and mango lassi which creamy and delicious.
Cordial and efficient service. If you are looking for Thali nights make sure you have a booking because this place gets pretty packed.
After having been meaning to check this place out for some time, managed to rock up midweek to a busy restaurant . Modern fit out staffed with friendly staff . Modern take on classic Indian dishes, done well. Fresh, tasty and good sized portions.
Pretty good and will probably return.
If your ever graced with the pleasure of eating at Bhang,be sure to order the Chingri Malai. Char grilled tiger prawns with Bengali coconut curry (yes it is as good as it sounds) Presentation was almost a shame to touch it looked so good, the prawns we're cooked perfectly. The combination of the gorgeous Indian spices and delicate heat combined with the silky coconut curry a match made in heaven.
Very friendly service. Crispy spinach chaat was something different but by far my favourite chaat. Especially the tamarind yoghurt to dip the crispy spinach in. Porco espetada was very tender. Goan mushroom xacuti was delicious. So much flavour and heaps of mushrooms. Bharwan vanghi was my favourite dish. Stuffed eggplant had so much flavour and was so tender. Heaps of juice and the tamarind sauce was real yum. Topped off the meals with a ginger and date spiced pudding. Great flavours and very soft. The rice cream made it even better.
Great looking space, and we got a booking on the same day on a Friday night. Mulled wine was delicious. A few dishes were standout and a few more could be missed. We loved the fish pakoras and ragda pattie from the starters, The Hyderabad charcoal chicken was delicious, as was the dal and cauliflower. Great to see lots of vegetarian options. Could have passed on the goat curry (meat was tough) and naan (surprisingly flat and dry). Service was prompt, great busy atmosphere, a little on the loud side Will be back when I'm in the area.
We had dinner at Bhang on a Friday night and ordered the Feed Me option. The servings were extremely generous and we were unable to finish all of the curries we were given for our mains. The highlights of the menu were the crispy spinach chaat (deep fried vegetables are always a win!), chicken curry, dhal, and the dessert - gulab jamon. We also enjoyed the Colaba Causeway cocktail, which was a refreshing mix of orange, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon and lemon. We would have liked the curries and condiments to have a bit more spice and kick to them, but still enjoyed our meal overall!
Tried this place a few times now and does not disappoint. Except for the chaat section of the menu everything else is quite yum. Chaat is overpriced and not worth it. Avoid at all cost. Breads are really nice and charcoal/veggie section is a big thumbs up!! Great customer service and nice decor to the joint.
The exterior is awesome, loved the white and red wall! We sat up stairs, it was a hot day and all the curtains were drawn which helped but boy, hot
food and high levels aren’t nice! Guess we got more of an experience! The food was very tasty! We went on the Thali night, and we enjoyed the array of different curries!
Really cool fusion of Indian flavours. I recommend the chicken / prawn sticks and gun powder fries. The chat selections were interesting, I liked the crab chat dish the best .
Bhang Indian restaurant and cocktail bar is located just off Sydney road in Brunswick tucked away in an old warehouse next to a lane. The building doesn't look like much but the true secrets are hidden within, as upon entering the large heavy doors customers and welcomed into a world of modernistic authentic Indian cuisine accompanied by a full cocktail bar. After hearing such great reviews from friends we ventured down to Bhang after making a booking but left earlier to take advantage of their 5-7pm happy hour. We where greeted by friendly staff and we snagged a spot downstairs right in front of the bar on a high-rise bar table to enjoy some cheap pre dinner drinks.
Taking full advantage of the cheap drinks we order numerous round of Aperol Spritz as well as the nightly cocktail special being the Mambo in Mumbai. The Aperol Spritz packed a punch and quenched our thirst on a brutally hot 34 degree Melbourne evening. The Mambo in Mumbai was a spicy number consisting of garam masala infused Bombaby gin, Aperol, cumin syrup and citrus leaving a tingly aromatic texture on the tongue.
Happy hour slowly came to an end :( and we moved upstairs to be seated. The upstairs area is home to the kitchen and another drinks station. The high-rise ceiling can mean the restaurant can get pretty loud but nothing is more pleasing then seeing others feast and enjoy tasty flavoursome food with loved ones. We were presented with the impressive menu that accommodates for all dietary requirements including a whole section of vegan dishes. After much discussion we couldn’t wait to order choosing a large assortment of dishes to share. We went for serves of garlic naan, Kandahari Murg Tikka, Plantain avocado shrimp chat, Sabzi Jaiuri, Panchemal Dhal, vegan and non vegan Mast Biryan and a classic Kori Gassi. The tables around us were filling up fast and dishes ran off the pass looking sensational. The smell of the tandoor oven filled the restaurant and our tummies where rumbling. Appetisers arrived first looking delicate and sophisticated. The Plantain avocado shrimp chat being two fried plantain cups with spiced avocado and shrimp was a strange yet tasty dish. The chewy plantain base held the well cooked shrimp well and the avocado provided a lovely creamy texture. The Kandahari Murg Tikka consisting of spicy pomegranate basted chicken tikka certainly packed a spicy kick leaving us guzzling water but was certainly worth the assault on the taste buds. The chicken was moist sliding of the skewers easily, seasoned with a vibrant red spice mix. Our mains arrived shortly after and before we knew it our table was littered with food :).
The garlic naan was lovely and fluffy perfect to dip in to curries and wrap around handfuls of rice. Both Mast Biryanis where stand out dishes composing of Dum biryani, chickpeas, sweet potato, tomatoes and paneer, with the vegan dish missing the paneer and pastry on top. The basmati rice was light and fluffy littered with aromatic spices. The potatoes where cooked well and the chickpeas were delicious and when combining the biryani with other curries on the table our palates where sining with joy. The Sabzi Jaiuri was probably a little too hot for our weak spice tolerance but nonetheless we solider on and still enjoyed each bite of the Rajasthani spiced mixed vegetables folded through with creamy cashews. The favourite dish would have to be the beautiful Panchemal Dhal of slowed cooked 5 lentil dhal with cardamom, cumin, ginger and tumeric. The soup style dish was thick and creamy ideal to absorb the Dum biryani offering a slightly sweet tasting note. The lentils remained their texture and where not overcooked taking on the full flavour of the heavenly spice blend. The final curry on the table was the Kori Gassi, a classic Mangalorean spicy chicken curry with coconut and tamarind. The chicken was soft and tender and the curry based sauce was tart and nutty.
We sweated our way through, eating until we simply could not fit in another bite. Kingfisher beers where ordered in an attempt to cool our bodies down and although quenching our thirst a burning sensation still lingered on the palate. We left with full bellies and extremely impressed by Bhangs amazing and accommodating floor staff who go well and beyond to ensure customers are well attended to. Bhang delivers true authentic Indian dishes littered with flavour. If spicy is your thing well you will be in your element as most meals certainly ramp up your body temperature after a few bites. The environment and atmosphere is perfect for pre-dinner drinks at the bar but the real magic is experienced upstairs watching the kitchen come to life whipping out gorgeous dishes with ease.
Did an online booking. Nice decor and well mannered staff. Had 3 starters. They were cheap but the quantity was minimal. Main curry is enough for 2 people. Nice and fresh. Very tasty. Have plenty to explore.

Delicious Panchmel Dhal that was the perfect heat! I like my Indian foot spicy but not too hot. The GF naan was also great and complimented the dish well.
Staff were fun and good hosts.
We had visited this Indian restaurant for the first time and we were lucky it coincided with their Thali night!
Starting from the bottom right below the coconut dessert and going clockwise:
Fish curry - the fish was fresh and you could taste the flavors in it together with the curry!
Pork vindaloo - rarely do we have pork curry but boy did they nailed it with the spices which went well with it!
Curry chicken - flavors were good and the curry was just right for me - was a little hot but not overly the top!
Goat/mutton curry - my favorite curry for the night, the mutton was so soft and tender and the curry was rich and incredible complementing the meat really well!
Masala prawn - prawns were fresh but I was not sure of the curry suited this as it felt a little separated out... but we still enjoyed it nonetheless!
Green pea dhal and stir fried cabbage - these side dishes went well with the curry and helped me cope with the spiciness - I do love my spicy food!
Desserts (top right) - semolina dessert and bengal gram dessert were yummy thought I preferred the latter as it was sweet and had a unique taste to it.
Overall, it was an absolutely fun night and also a good place to satisfy your Indian food craving! 🤤 thanks Bhang for a memorable night!
Had a lovely night here tonight with a bunch of friends from Sydney and Melbourne. We were so well looked after by our servers, the food was amazing.
As we were paying, the waiter took the time to ask us where we were from and if we enjoyed our time there. I’ll be bringing many more friends back. Well done on making our dinner such a great experience.
Love this place! From the minute you walk in someone is there to greet you and guide you through. Floor staff are friendly and the environment is just nice and cosy.
Food is great, the menu offers a bit of variety.
I will come back for sure with more friends!
Frankly the best Indian restaurant in Melbourne. Amazing food, great drinks and thoughtful service. Such a pleasant change. Highly recommended!
Pretty good. Have eaten here a couple of times now and have been mighty impressed. Nice vibe, cool fit out, service is top notch and the play great tunes..... and the food is good to. I rally enjoyed the Frankie’s which are like naan tacos. Preferred the chicken tikka over the lamb one but are nice. The lamb cutlets were delicious and so to the spiced toast duck. Curries are mild and flavorsome and the garlic naan was bang on. Good selection of beers. I’ll Be back for sure
I would like to report an error. Why does this restaurant have a score of 3.5? I will talk about this restaurant to the postman, my neighbours and my kids long after they've stopped listening. The prawn and vegetable curry were light, tangy and full of pow chicka wow flavour. The Kuchumner was the best salad I have ever had and I would know. I should start a website called the saLAD bible. Im that good. Enough about me. Those puffy little crackers with the zesty pour over fillings were so good It took everything in me not to head butt the table. Cocktails were unique, complex and punchy. Those little sauces, the minty one: i shotted it like a jäger bomb on a Monday evening. You bet i will be back. Thanks for the memories. I give Bhang 6/5!!
The warehouse conversion is spectacular, can get a little noisy upstairs, but that just adds to the atmosphere. The food was extremely tasty, managed to get the $4 sangrias during happy hour, let's face it everyone loves happy hour. The staff were warm and inviting, will definitely come back.
While appreciating this is a modern take on Indian, it was hit and miss.
Pros: loved the pani puri, soft shell crab and the naan breads topped with lamb. Fantastic flavour and they really hit the spot. The dessert was absolutely amazing and summed up the taste of India in one bowl.
Cons: mains were difficult to eat the chicken and lamb on the bone when they don’t provide knives. The lamb had had a small amount of a watery curry which was difficult to mop up with naan bread of rice. The curry sauce surrounding the chicken was amazing in taste, but there wasn’t enough of it. The mains were great in flavour but didn’t give that “satisfaction” you normally have after enjoying an Indian meal.
Cocktail of the day for $4 at happy hour was a Sangria which we didn’t get, as it really didn’t match with the cuisine. Would have preferred to see an orange and cardamom or ginger based cocktail, something that tied into Indian cuisine.
Love that it’s a modern take on Indian cuisine, but would have liked to see some main dishes of easy to eat meat and generous curry sauce that you can enjoy with naan and rice.
At $120 for two adults, we enjoyed aspects of the meal, however don’t think we would return.
Really really really good tasty food. Beautiful decor. Clean bathroom. Good friendly customer service. Nice cocktails. Will definitely come back. Thank you!
Have been to Bhang twice now and loving it. The standout dishes were all from the tandoor menu, the curries are also very good but not as memorable as the tandoori chicken & hyderabad chicken from the tandoor. Definitely going back.
Great service and a good weekend evening vibe in this hidden semi-suburban location. Do not go past the spinach paneer samosas, the best I've had anywhere.
The food was delicious, that lamb was to die for. Soft shell crabs baji was delicious too. Definitely will be back again to try other food..............😘
Bhanging good dinner here last night ! Promise this is the only time I'll make that terrible pun but it was necessary.
Firstly let's get the bad stuff out of the way:
They have quite a small capacity so either book well in advance (a week wasn't enough for us) or come early and try your luck. The waiting option is not too shabby though, drinks at the bar is something I don't think many would say no to!
The service was also a little disinterested it seemed but they were attentive and got us everything we needed.
However, the biggest thing which docked marks with us was that, they did stuff up our order. Pork may sound the same as prawn (maybe) but they certainly are very different. Sentiments regarding that, not a bad prawn curry but wouldn't get it again given its not what we ordered therefore not what we wanted in the first place.
However, the other dishes we ordered: veg biryani, pumpkin and bean curry and naan of course were absolute winners ! I would definitely come back and get them again and would highly recommend them as must try dishes.
Drinks were also good too. A great range of cocktails and quality beer on tap.
Personally, I preferred it to their sibling Tom Phat down the road (although I do love Tom Phat) however my partner said the opposite (although maybe if we came back so he could have that pork curry he might say otherwise). Overall though, we will definitely be back !
Found this gem through Tom Phat, loved that it was hidden away down Mitchell street. Greeted by great atmosphere on the bottom level, just in time for happy hour drinks (4-7). Fantastic food will be returning!
The food was delicious, especially the chicken two ways, Good naan. We dined with our vegan friend and there were heaps of options for her, she enjoyed the coconut curry. Service needs a little improving, our water glasses were all empty halfway through the meal would have been nice to have a bottle or a top up for the table.
Fo0die dined as a guest of Bhang and as such, the rating does not give any consideration to customer service.
Opened by the same owners as Tom Phat, Bhang is located just off Sydney Rd in a quiet area with not too many other restaurants around. The location is conveniently located inbetween two train stations and a tram route running along Sydney Rd (we trammed from the CBD). We arrived at 6:30pm on a drizzling Friday to a simple and unsuspecting store front and although it was not full at the time of entry, it filled to full capacity later into the evening.
>> Interior
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The restaurant is made up of two storeys and dimly lit during the evening. We were seated upstairs where they had large communal tables and smaller 2-4 seaters around the larger tables and a kitchen on one side. Decor is simple with wooden tables and wooden chairs.
>> Food/Drinks
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
With an entire page dedicated to just alcoholic beverages, there was no avoiding a cocktail or two which were dangerously easy to drink and perfectly balanced.
While I can take a little heat, Mr J on the other hand struggles with heat and breaks out a sweat whenever he encounters Mr Chilli. Luckily with the help of the cucumber yoghurt, Mr J did get through the chilli beetroot salad and chicken curry (looved dipping the garlic naan into the curry to soak up the goodness). The lamb cutlet starter gave our palate the burst of flavour it needed to prepare it for the mains ahead with the pumpkin olan being the favourite of the night due to it being milder in the chilli-metre but still having the burst of flavour that Indian food is known for.
Perfect venue for catch ups over good food and a few cocktails.

Bhang has an awesome ambience and is located in a really cool building. We love their take on modern Indian food. The menu is quite extensive and caters well to vegetarians as well. The crispy spinach entree was so tasty and we really enjoyed the paneer samosas. Be aware that the trout grill dish is an entire fish! We didn't realize this so got quite a shock and definitely should be ordered to share! We found the lamb curry rather watery but very generous in portion. The paneer salad was delicious but not for those who don't like spice! We loved the chai poached pear and pistachio gelato for dessert- very flavoursome. Some of the female waitresses were quite unfriendly and judgmental though one was really lovely and the manager Justin is extremely friendly and accommodating! It's just the beginning for bhang and we're sure they'll keep getting better!
Terrific food, drink and ambience. Something for everyone from super spicey to smooth. The red lotus cocktail was delicious. I will definitely come back for the charcoal trout (cooked to perfection) and the lamb neck curry.
Busy new venue. Ate upstairs in the dining area which has lovely decor. Ordered a drink each, two entrees & two mains, came to approx $80 which was reasonable. Portions just right & service was quick & friendly, food tasted delish. We had the samosas, garlic naan, stuffed eggplant & duck. I also brought home the chai icrecream with spiced poached pear which was delicious! Would return Thankyou :)

Co-owners Sway Quach and Chef Dougal Colam, also the duo behind behind Tom Phat, have entered into the field of Indian cuisine with a Bhang. After their extensive travels throughout India, they realised that that the diverse street foods and regional styles of cooking couldn’t be found in Melbourne, and decided to bring a little bit of that back to Oz.
The staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Love the split between the funky cocktail bar downstairs and the classy restaurant upstairs. Food is great and the Darjeeling Limited cocktail is dynamite!!
What a trendy place! Such amazing atmosphere, the service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious with a wonderful combination of flavours to tickle the taste buds. I'll definitely be returning and spreading the word about this great restaurant.
An intriguing name for a restaurant, the term ‘bhang’ is commonly used to describe a marijuana intoxicant ingested via drinks, most often during yearly Hindu festivals in India. Understanding the psychedelic properties of bhang, one could extrapolate that Bhang, the newly opened Indian restaurant in Brunswick, induces similar ‘happy’ effects through its innovative and tasty food and drinks…
Nice concept restaurant but needs a story telling in the menu or decor.
Being Indian, I think I'm qualified to give some feedback for improvement
1. The food looks nice on wide platters but it got cold as soon as it was on the table. The chicken in the Hyderabad curry was actually cold when we bit into it (although cooked well). Indian food tastes nice when temperature is hot and the flavours in spices come out well. So think of changing the plates to bowl type or perhaps cook it piping hot. Same coldness with all of the other mains we ordered (prawn with raw mango, Frankie, pumpkin n black eyed peas curry)
2. Bhuna fish.. salt was totally missing. Would be good to add slightly more salt in the marinade and bit more seasoning (not chili) across the board to other dishes too. Alternatively offer salt n pepper n chilli on the tables. Let's admit it, even if you westernised this cuisine it's meant to be full of spices.
3. Heater upstairs was directly blasting upon us. Made everything dry. Maybe consider column heaters?
4. Pls don't call tandoori roti as chapati. Surely you know chapati is the thin wholemeal flatbread made on a tawa pan. Was not what I expected.
5. Our friend who ordered the pumpkin olan said the pumpkin was the disappointing part of the dish. There was not much seasoning on it and it felt like an after thought.
6. Loved the menu varieties and how it's inspired from various places, experiences, Bollywood etc in current India (not colonial) so would be good to give an idea of a map and where it's from, bit of spiel about the terms and what the names mean. Makes it sound more authentic and closer to India rather than appropriation. My bf who is Indian-australian also didn't know some of the references.
7. Not too hard to teach your wait staff pronunciations. e.g. hum tum is "hum toom" not tum as in tummy :)
8. Too much of muted tones in the decor upstairs makes it feel sad and boring. Indian culture and the country is colourful, noisy and diverse. You could still have it tasteful by having some artwork (Melb+India inspired) on the walls or ceiling (this might be in the works...) The outside Bhang sign doesn't reflect the inside.
Thanks for bringing us a new perspective to Indian food which is not mainstream Punjabi only and would consider going again if above is improved :)
Absolutely the best experience for a long time. Food was just amazing and service top notch. So very attentive accommodating and friendly. From superstar table service, incredible food and top it off with barstaff who know how its done! Winning formula I'd say! Best espresso martinis I've had
Wanted to try Bhang because of its association with Tom Phat.
Smaller menu.
Ambience is great, eatery upstairs and bar downstairs.
Ordered samosa for entree very tasty
Mains ordered lamb neck, spicy chicken and lamb cutlets. Rice, naan and Raita.
Very tasty dishes.
A nice restaurant tucked away off Sydney Road.
I will be returning to work my way through the menu.
Amazing - food was to die for and service on point to. Do your self a favour throw the menu away and ask the staff to select for you. 😀😀😀😀
Hidden gem! This place has a Bhang-ing vibe! Justin & staff are friendly & welcoming.
Hum Tum cocktail 🍹👌
The food is Bhang on delicious!
Dessert: Gulab Jamun is to die for!!
Absolutely delicious Indian food in a vibrant, funky atmosphere. Service was really friendly and efficient. My only small quibble is that I asked for a glass of prosecco but was told that they don't serve any sparkling wine by the glass. This seems a bit strange for a restaurant which has an enormous and well stocked bar. Nonetheless I will be returning - regularly!
