Review Sig. Enzo Aperitivo Bar - Brunswick

Wow.... the food is amazing. Multiple share plates of such deliciously interesting & mouthwatering authentic Italian culinary pleasures. The chef's selection is more than enough for me (and I eat a lot). Great cocktails and a perfect local red wine was the perfect accompaniment to the. Meal. Awesome experience.

A good cocktail bar with pretty nice cocktails 🍸🍹 They also have what looks like pretty good food to have with drinks.

Great bar just off Sydney Rd and great for a drink or some food as well. Tap beer range not large with two offerings from Western Australian Gage Roads Brewery. Wines are all Italian and the food includes a couple of pizzas as well as a great range of cold meats and cheese. Atmosphere is relaxed, stylish and friendly.

My friends and I enjoyed a relaxed evening at Sig.Enzo Aperitivo Bar last night. I highly recommend this bar! The staff and service are fantastic! The food and cocktails are delicious! (we almost ordered everything on the menu and even got second servings of some of our favourites!). I can't wait to go back and try the tiramisu!

I'm so happy we stumbled across this place! We were initially on our way to somewhere else, but when we walked in to ask the staff where the other place was, they were so lovely and welcoming, we had to stay for at least one drink and I'm so glad we did! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The smell of their food was so divine we ended up not having dinner at the place we originally intended and came back here instead to try their pizza. I'm already looking forward to coming back! They also had a gelato cart outside which I'd love to try too.

Great food and great place. Love the tapas selection.

Nice staff and I've been to worse places but: 1. They didn't reply to a Facebook message I sent well on advance about booking a table 2. They had only one Italian lager on tap, the craft beer tap had ran out 3. I had to chase up the staff who forgot to take our order 4. The pizza was very average 5. They need to coordinate their table waiting as they came off pushy when we were repeatedly asked if we wanted more drinks. 6. I realised on the way home they charged me twice for my first drink. Two stars seems pretty generous.

Walked our way through the food and drinks menu. Loved the unassuming vibes and lack of pretence. Good food and service by people who clearly enjoy what they do.

Sig Enzo! We'll be back. Our group had a great evening. Little dishes of arancini...yum! Heaps of interesting dishes with the Sig Enzo twist. Lovely wines!

Great hidden place on a side street just off Sydney Road.
We often pop in for an Aperol Spritz and a snack.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

On our way to somewhere else and we saw the sign.
Really cute little place that felt comfy and inviting. The wait staff were attentive and friendly and immediately helped us feel at home.
A bearded dude helped us choose a wine when we were unsure which I expect to be Sig. Enzo himself? (Grazie tanti Signor!)
Wine: 😘👌🏻
Food: 😘👌🏻
Atmosphere: A little naf when we walked in - some odd music choices - but 1/4 into the night the music stepped up to a consistent set that suited the charm of where we were. 🤷🏼‍♂️👏🏻
Price: A little on the up side but it’s such a cute place, it’s worth the moolah! 👍🏻
Will defs revisit. We had a great time. Thanks guys 🇮🇹👏🏻

Normally I wait until after I leave to write a review, but this place is special, and I want to capture everything. I am of half Neapolitan descent, and my wife full Sicilian, and this meal really took us away. The fitout is lovely; old world charm with a warm inviting ambience. The music had my wife bopping along to many of her childhood favourites. It's such a vintage, upbeat soundtrack to the food on offer.

The food... is spot on! We started with an Aperol Spritz, of course, and followed it with some Sicilian olives, arancini (which were golden, crunchy and sitting atop a lovely bed of ragu), polenta chips (FANTASTIC! Perfectly crunchy with a smooth inside), and a platter of ham and cheese. The prosciutto was a favourite, as was the soft, creamy Panrazzi red. Naturally, we couldn't leave without a canolo and espresso, both perfect conclusions to a lovely meal. The service was also friendly and attentive, with a hello from Sig. Enzo himself! There are so many more things that we want to try! We'll be back again, and again...
Enjoy It
We popped in this cosy friendly spot for a quick wine and ended up staying for the gorgeous Sunday set lunch. A very generous offering including a superbly made spritz. Short but impressive wine list with some very interesting varieties from Sicily and Sardinia twe of my most favourite places in the world :-) had a quick look at the full menu and a variety of temptation here will certainly bring me back. Friendly staff and excellent service completed a really lovely lazy Sunday afternoon. Thank you !!

This place has excellent food, drinks and superb service.
It’s the best bar I’ve ever been to with live music. It’s atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming. I feel at home when I’m there.

Popped in here and tried the cotoletti with slaw as its one of my favourite Italian dishes. Wow nice and thin with a delicious crumb, the wine is great on and the meats and antipasti on offer are impressive, keep up the good work guys

This bar is here to make you believe in good ol’ fashioned hospitality again where the staff are all hospitality professionals.

The food matches the decor, sophisticated and assured, the warmly-lit space nails that modern rustic feel. It’s a refreshing change of pace, yet there’s an easiness to the delivery that’s primed for that more casual, snack-happy, after-work crowd.

Stylish little bar that is great for wine, cocktails and charcuterie. Perfect for couples, and a catch up with friends. Close to transport in the restaurant hub of Brunswick.

Let them choose the wine. Honest and humble food to match. I don’t think they know how good they are. Perfect Sunday/ date afternoon Meatballs are absurdly good! PS: as for the lemon sorbet drink special
Shakiramisu
This place is so very understatedly great! I don't think that they know how absolutely fantastic their offering is...try the meatballs (polpetti) the veal schnitzel (cotoiletti) and actually anything is delicious. The hostess is a dream. Let them recommend the wine. Have a sbagliato, you'll thank me later.
