After Searching for a while I came across this place, quite happening even during Tuesdays like evening time its quite busy. Food served is as good as described in menu and service also quick and swift.
I would have enjoyed more if they could suggest their speciality Items when new customer visit them. Rest Menu is also just good, as they do service cuisine.
The rogue district of eating quality dishes is always good. Food can help you in this regard. I love the way the present their recepies! Quality of the foods is good. Ambiance is awesome. Service is awesome

Today’s brunch was super fresh & packed a punch with lots of different elements to create a burrito bowl. For an extra $2 each, you could add guacamole & grilled chicken- highly recommended. Dining here was very unique as you are sitting in a bluestone cottage surrounded by historic elements.
I made two recent visits. The first time I rate it 3.5 star, but thanks to a friend we decided to give this a second chance and the second time I would rate it 4.5 star, so making it a solid 4. Two of us had the sweet potato fritters with beef brisket the first time - we both were looking forward, but the fritters was overdone and very hard. The backyard is lovely but that day was very hot and without circulation the heat was unbearable.
The second visit I made the choice of sitting indoors and it was much cooler. The two of us had the burgers (chicken and beef). My chicken burger with sweet potato fries was marvellous. The chicken portion was generous and crispy, the bread was delicious. I enjoyed the meal this time and will definitely go back.

The Reuben sandwich was delicious and the beef was cooked like bacon which was a nice difference! The French toast was also great, a nice balance of fruit and bread. Servings were very generous and left feeling very satisfied 😋😋

Delicious adorable famous pancakes!
FOOD: We ordered the pancakes and I personally went for the tim tam pancakes because the chocolate lover in me came out! The pancakes were so adorable and a great portion for brunch! They weren’t too heavy and the entire dish came together beautifully! The mascarpone went so well with the chocolate pancakes and truth be told, the sauce was a great addition but the chocolate pancakes on their own were perfect! Loved the pancake dish!

Visited today with my partner and the food was delicious! Rogue District has been on my list for ages and I was finally in the area to check it out.
We visited post lunch rush, so mostly had the place to ourselves, which was nice. We sat out the back, in the undercover area and enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof while we ate.
The service was friendly, the food came out quickly and the portion sizes were very generous for the price.
I had the smashed avo with grilled halloumi & poached eggs. The eggs were cooked to perfection, but the halloumi was a bit over cooked. The avocado was in abundance and the sauce on the side was lovely.
My partner had the chilli chorizo scramble and it was SO flavoursome! Chorizo was excellent and it came served with two slices of sourdough.
Well worth a visit if you’re in the Coburg/Thornbury/Brunswick area. Parking is 2hr street parking on weekdays and not timed after 1pm on a Saturday.

The tim tam hotcakes were amazing. We expected it to be sickly sweet but it was nothing of that sort. The flavours were well balanced and i really enjoyed it. The smashed avo and matcha latte was good as well. However, after we finished, we noticed a lipstick mark on the matcha latte glass even though none of us had lipstick on. Kinda disappointed that the glass was not well cleaned.
We got the cinnamon French toast and sweet potato fritters with beef brisket. The portions were generous - 2 properly poached eggs and plenty of avocado. Just tasty non-pretentious food at a reasonable price and no line up.
Came here for the first time in ages and it was just as good as ever. I think it's changed hands recently but the menu is similar to what I tried before. I shared the smashed avo and the pumpkin fritters which both contain large serves of haloumi, which was my main drive to try them. The avo also has cream cheese dollops and feta and the haloumi is fried in chunks. Meanwhile, the fritters have grilled haloumi slices and a really nice capsicum pesto. My soy flat white was also pretty good and kept me warm in the back courtyard.
A lovely little place that feels as though it would be more at home in England than in Brunswick. Excellent food, the sweet potato fritter were awesome. My poached eggs were slightly under cooked, the kitchen replaced them with no hesitation and even gave me an extra egg! We'll be back here soon.

A brunch spot with zomato gold for me. This has one of the best ambiences for brunch in Melbourne for sure. We got the seating at rhe very back at another outdoor setting. Good friendly service too who does know their menu very well.
We got the meat mr. Now and smashed avacado from the breakfast menu. Meat mr. Now is a good option if you're hungry as its got a generous amount of calories with chewy bacon, two poached eggs, a hashbrown with half a chorizo.
Smashed avocado... Well you really cant gk wrong with it as its a veey safe option as it cant go bad.

We've been here 2 years ago and had forgotten about this cafe until this morning when we follow Zomato's recommendation. Love sitting at the backyard. We were greeted by a friendly staff. Menu seems to have changed since the last time I came here. Coffee was good. Food portion is big and delicious. Hubby ordered Meet Mr Now and Shakshuka with naan bread for myself. We enjoyed our brunch and happy to come back again.

📝: Rogue District is all about family. Charming brick cafe for Modern Australian cafe food. The family did a great job brightening the heritage-listed cottage. It’s cozy and warm inside, but our favorite spot has to be the courtyard in the back with wooden benches and table. A true hidden gem of the gem. If it’s not too cold out, I suggest you check out their courtyard!
❤️: At Rogue District, Korean chef Sungsik Moon runs the kitchen. Though the burger was good, but what I loved most about it were the sweet potato chips on the side. They were fried to perfect crispiness on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside. Omg, if I were to revisit, I could order 2-3 bowls of that to feast on.
On the sweet side, there’s the Tim Tam Hotcakes, absolutely a BANG! Just look at that chocolate...omg. A stack of chocolate pancakes, warm from the stove, topped with nutella mascarpone, Tam Tam crumble, maple strawberries, and decadent melted chocolate drizzle.

Ordered Meat Mr. Now. Was really good and the portion was as per the price you’d pay. Loved the hash brown. Have been here twice now and the coffee’s top notch.
Got the tim tam hot cakes and beef burger with kimchi. Pancakes was one of the best pancakes ive had! Really fluffy and moist when i took bite.
Such a hidden gem ... we all loved what we ordered, although waited a while for food to come out , service was great ! Will definantly be coming back again soon

A beautiful cafe set in blue stone brick, exposed brick and timber. The aesthetics of the cafe is stunning and the staff are welcoming, bubbly and friendly.
A great menu here, my friend and I both ordered the smashed avo with labneh, halloumi, radish, sumac, dukkah and poached egg. What a lovely dish, the components all worked well together and the halloumi had a smokiness from being cooked on the pan or grill.
Coffees were great, my double ristretto hit the spot. This cafe is a must if you are in the area.
I can never look past a good Shakshuka!
This Middle Eastern Dish has been perfected by the Rogue District Kitchen!
And that in itself is a reason to visit!
I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Perfect brunch spot!! On my visit here I ordered the Tim Tam hotcakes, Sticky date hotcakes and the Super greens. My favourite dish was the Tim tam hot cakes which were perfection! Super flavourful- they legitimately tasted like Tim tams! The hotcakes themselves were quite rich, so the Nutella mascarpone and strawberries balanced it out really well.
The sticky date hotcakes were great too. A lot sweeter than the Tim Tam hotcakes (So perfect for a sweet tooth like me) but the flavours worked really well together- especially the grilled banana to add that additional texture.
The Greens in the Super Greens dish were cooked perfectly, with the betroot hummus as the stand out of the dish- it had a lot of flavour packed into it 😋.
There was a really nice atmosphere inside the cafe as well during my visit. We sat in the lovely covered courtyard out the back, which had a view of the park next door, and the service and coffee was great too (love the bits of banter with the staff 😊). Will definitely visit again!

Just off the main road in Brunswick, you will find this gem nestled within a heritage-listed, stone cottage. The building is quaint and laid-back with a front area for customers to eat and soak up the sunshine. We ate the famous 'sticky-date hotcakes' and let me just admit, I was in heaven. the presentation was great and the hotcakes were intense – although, I would suggest a glass of water or an iced-latte to help the sugar slide down your throat! Photo-ops are pretty good too! Great menu, although customer service could have been better!
I ordered their shakshuka, reuben & tim tam pancakes during my recent visit! For drinks I got their tropical paradise smoothie and batch brew.
The shakshuka was really good and full of flavour - their tomato paste for it was on point! Loved the Turkish bread that came with it - they gave super generous portions of it, which is a must to eat every single bit of that shakshuka.
The reuben was nice too, but would’ve definitely loved a bit more sauerkraut to balance everything out. :)
The tim tam pancakes were definitely my fave dish that day! The pancakes were really light and fluffy. The tim tam crumble went so well with the pancakes! Highly recommend you get this dish. I’m eyeing their sticky date pancakes for my next visit!

What a pleasure to be invited to Rogue District for lunch. Located in a cute little cottage in a side street away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney road, this is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.
We started with a latte and it was made to perfection.
We then ordered the Gruyere and Leek Croquette and a side of haloumi. Our dish was presented to us beautifully with a field mushroom, poached egg, capsicum pesto, sweet potato crisps and pickled red cabbage. The parsley salad on the side was a little odd though as it lacked and dressing or seasoning.
We also had the panko chicken burger...only one word...delish! Chicken was well crumbed and still moist with the right amount of kewpie mayo too. Along with a side of sweet potato fries this has been the best chicken burger I have had in a while. The cold pressed OJ and watermelon juice was on point too.
The café offers a large amount of seating, including a lovely covered court yard out the back. Service was excellent and very friendly and parking was easy in the side streets off Sydney Road. Thanks for the invite.

I have been to Rogue District previously, a long long time ago, but I do still remember the amazing vibe and food there. Thus I was excited when I was invited to dine there again. I arrived on a beautiful sunny day, and was greeted warmly by the staffs and shown to the beautiful courtyard out the back.
The menu presents me with a conundrum - sticky date hotcakes or Tim Tam hotcakes or cinnamon French Toast? For a sweet tooth like me, all I could think was "can I have all 3?". Luckily, I was advised that the cinnamon French Toast was not available that day so it came down to a game of Eeny Meeny Miny Moe. Sticky date it was, and I'm glad I got stuck with this date! Thick, yet soft and fluffy hotcakes studded with dates, topped with delicious salted caramel sauce, crunchy pretzel crumbs, grilled bananas and vanilla ice cream. The play on different textures, and the contrasting sweet and salty flavours scored a perfect score in my book.
My partner ordered the Meat Mr Now, which was Rogue District's version of a big brekky. A very impressive dish, both in terms of flavour and portion size. The potato hash was quite the standout - crispy on the outside, and soft and tender on the inside. The juicy mushroom and tangy tomato relish helped cut through the richness of the chorizo and bacon, bringing about a mellow sweetness to the dish.
Also outstanding were the drinks. The Tropical Dream smoothie was fruity and refreshing, and so lush and creamy in consistency, while the skinny latte was wonderfully balanced and smooth.
It was indeed a faultless meal, and thank you once again for having me!

We came here on on of the windiest, wettest of days, so sitting outside at the front wasn’t an option. However on a nice day, I think it would be a beautiful spot to sit - all park benches and umbrellas with the stone building backdrop. As it was, we must have also gone at a busy time so we were seated in the undercover courtyard area out the back. This had heating and was ok but for the gusts of wind (it really was a miserable day). The staff were really understanding and accommodating though and moved us inside at the next available opportunity. The staff continued their friendly and efficient service inside too. The food was tasty, good portion sizes and coffee delish! It’s also child and pet friendly.
Would love to come back on a warm day and would happily recommend.
