The customer service here is really great! Want to compliment the owner /manager who fixed their website immediatly after we had a mix up between our vegan pizzas. Pizza is alright. Customer service awful. Staff don't even say hello when answering phone, gotta wonder if you've dialed number. Not asked for name of pick-up time confirmed, just hung up on after asking for pizza. No wonder everybody uses menu log to order pick up
Pizza is very basic. Thick bread like and large crust. Cheese is greasy and not too much flavor. Fine for food after a night out of drinking but not like 400 Gradi or DOC gourmet pizza. Nice staff and quick for a fast pick up meal.

I come with my mates here every weekend. The chicken Parma is one of the best I have ever had. The menu was very detailed and had a wide variety of dishes. The staff was also very friendly and courteous.

I don't think I have ever given a one star review anywhere, but this has to be worst pizza place in Melbourne. I know that $11 sounds like a great deal, but you may as well get a cheap frozen pizza from the supermarket and get about the same quality!
