Rude, the chef was nice and clearly annoyed at the barista's attitude. Bagels were good. However, there was little knowledge about them (all are apparently "white" despite there being multiple types)

Under new management, possibly due to COVID and unfortunately the quality has seriously gone down hill. While the coffee is still good, the bagels have shrunk to the smallest bagels I’ve ever seen. It wouldn’t be too upsetting if the price hadn’t stayed north of $10. $11 also for a watery smoothie.
Absolutely love the decor! So minimal and so modern with greenery in the corners. Staff were super chill and friendly. When I asked for vegan cheese (purely because of my dairy intolerance) they had come back ensuring I knew that the rest of the meal had meat in it. Very professional and considerate

Food is always flavoursome and fresh, we're always welcomed with a smile and staff are helpful with any menu questions.
The staff here are amazing! Really enjoy my morning here. But unfortunately I went there so late the bagel all sold out !!!!! Next time I should get up earlier. Esp during weekend.
