A quaint little cottage on the Main Street of Bulahdelah where you can get great coffee, Devonshire teas, lunches and much more all served by friendly staff. Regardless of what some others may said the service was quick and efficient.
It is always our stop off point heading in either direction up the coast and the detour into here is well worth it.
Had a luscious salad sandwich. Everything was fresh as. Bread was so fresh . Tasted as though the beetroot was freshly cooked. The sandwich had a lovely fresh smell. Well presented on the plate. Staff very friendly and professional. Certainly would go again when we are traveling north.
We travelled from Tuncurry to Newcastle and stopped for lunch at this great cafe in Bulahdelah. We enjoyed delicious toasted sandwiches and coffee sitting outside on the porch. On arrival at Newcastle found I had left my long sleeved tea-shirt on the edge of the chair.
After phoning the lovely staff arranged for postage back to New Zealand, and it has arrived today. Thank you to all the Myalla Magic team that helped out. Well done!
It's not just another cafe, it's an experience, can't decide what was better, the food or the service, not to mention the shaded tables in the paved courtyard watching the world go by along with a chat or too with the locals, but don't take my word for it, go check it out..

Lovely little place. Very friendly staff especially after enduring some extremely rude people in Sydney. Adored everything about the cafe and gorgeous town.
Great place for a coffee and sit down. It use to be an old federation home. Which has been converted to a cafe. Great venue
Always consistent in their food quality, you can come back a year latter and be again surprised by the simple yet wholesome menu.
Lovely oldie worldi place. Good cup of tea and cakes
I've been here before, the staff, food and atmosphere are wonderful! Your puppy even gets a drink! I will always call in when going north

Great food!! Great Service.. a must stop if travelling through
Lovely place picturesque gardens great coffee
Great place to stop after a long ride. Excellent food and friendly staff.
Took 3 friends there for lunch the cafe now has 3 more people who will revisit. These folk travel up and down the highway had never been into Bulhadelah before.
The food was decent, the service was okay. The waiter spilled half the food on the floor and continued to bring it. They were out of steak sandwiches and came and told us 10 mins later.
It was stinking hot when we visited and we found it difficult to get table water.
The schnitzel burgers had schnitzel cut to fit the bun rather than a full schnitzel, and not a lot of sauce was able to be tasted I'm told. One of our daughters loved hers, the other didn't. They looked good.
The reports of the vegetarian melt and the ham, cheese, pineapple melt were that they were delicious.
The salmon melt was 'good', according to our teenager, and the chicken parmigiana was delicious. The chicken parmigiana was hot and tasty and a good sized helping. Some of the salad leaves were yellowed and not real fresh but overall it was a great meal. The chips were good.
The deck out the back was very hot on this 27°c day as it has a clear plastic roof, but the air conditioning inside was lovely. We were lucky enough to get seating for 10 without booking, although we weren't all on the same table. Recommended as a good place to stop.
Table service for bringing meals out but order at the counter.
Such a little gem! This little old country house has been turned into a cafe that’s the perfect stop off on a long drive up the freeway. If you want to get through the big towns as quickly as possible, this is the place for you!
Awesome cafe situated in an old period home. Rustic charm and grooviness merge with lay back casual cafe style. The food is good and the staff are beaming and eager to serve. Nice out in the garden but I love the interior it's cool.
Go here it's excellent.
Very nice quaint cafe. Had the pineapple melt and a coffee and both were very good. Plenty of seating in and out.
Have been here a few times over the years and highly recommend. A perfect stop when heading north from Sydney, about 2 hours drive. Last visited in March 2022, experiencing the food fresh and service fast. I recall it can get busy at lunchtime, we were later than this so was nice and quiet.
Best sandwiches ever! We always stop here to get a fresh sandwich. Love them. Only giving 4 because service needs attention. Just not engaging or overly friendly. Such a beautiful old house and if the team were engaged in providing service they could really create a special experience.
Set in an old house with plenty of charm. A bit of a wait after ordering and a bit pricy. Still you get old worlde charm from wooden floors to olde style pressed metal ceilings and walls. Coffee was just ok.
