Detours Cafe - Bulahdelah - Photo album

This is really good cafe but can get busy and this is a country town with lots of tourists. Coffee is good, service is good and the food is well made and fresh, it's a bit groovy and has a nice chefy touch.its worth waiting in the que.
BLAT roll aND bacon and egg rolls reason ably priced and well filled. Bought pies to take home for dinner. My spinach and feta pie was delicious with light pastry and the steak and steak and kidney pies were also fantastic. Not your usual pie, they were deep pies.
Food was good (especially if you like loads of butter) decor leaves a lot to be desired freezing cold inside. Only doing take away. Girls did their best but they were babies. Trying Oliver's next time😔
Not bad. Very fond of the old detours with it's 1950s decor and delicious food. This has been refurbished to with new owners and staff. Had a delicious salad sandwich coffee a bit cold.
Cannot even rate Detours Cafe with one star. I had to rate this with one star in order to make this post. Children cooking sloppy burgers with ingredients we asked not to include. We were not offered our money back, instead we were followed out the door and told to shut up.
Exactly what you expect from a Cafe in town. Quick service, well priced tasty food. We got ham & cheese toasties take away. Perfect.
Pies - instant gravy poured into shell of pastry, my dog loved it Burgers - stale and chicken was dry If you are looking for microwaved and badly made food then this is the place for you.
Fish n chips were tasty and came in a very generous portion. Didn't take long despite being a very busy time.
