Review Buck's Diner - Bunbury

Absolutely loved it. Buck's diner is not fancy or flashy, but it's delicious and friendly and great value. Came with my dad and we had the flash burger (amazing), and some chips (really done well, loved them). I live in Perth, but am planning to drive my family down here, an hour and a half, just to have lunch at Buck's. This place is too good to keep secret, or to yourself...

Worst Burger experience in my entire life! Buns were as old as it gets, Salad was horrific and the fries were saturated with oil. I politely appreciated the place owner to explain my experience and they got extremely defensive asking what I mean saying it is not fresh? and asked me to leave!

Quick ,friendly,fresh,delicious.My emperor fish and chips and salad and a bottle of water was jus only 19$ .Reason for the 5star is because it doesn’t have that oily smell and taste to it.Very recommended.

My wife and I ordered Snapper & Parmigiana + 2 drinks $40 in total. The meals were huge and we ate half of each other’s meals. They were incredible. Tasty, service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Value for money 👍👍It was a few years since I ate at Bucks as I live in Perth. It was great a few years ago. It is still great. Been going here for years and absolutely love it! Fresh food, awesome prices, and pretty nice staff. Always a good diner feed can never be disappointed :)

Quite tasty. Service is good. Prices are inexpensive. Staff friendly. Tried the all day breakfast. Bacon is described as crispy on the menu board, but isn't. Butter and not margarine on bread would be nicer. H.P sauce or similar and / or tomato ketchup on the table would be great.

If it was possible to give 1/2 stars I would. The customer service is terrible, the young man who served us was more interested in his phone. I had fish and it was a frozen piece of fish, watery and tasteless. The chips were cold and powdery. My partner had a burger and the bacon was not cooked. I would not recommend going here. Plenty of other better options in bunbury !

Consistently the best burgers in Bunbury. I have never had a burger from Bucks that wasn't excellent. Apache burger is my personal favourite.

This is a legitimate 5 stars The food is very well prepared and the portions are huge! We had the big brekky and the bacon and cheese melt with two lattes and it came to only $30.50 😀 Will be back often. Thanks guys

The staff are friendly the food is really nice and well priced would recommend to anyone.

Went under to order had to wait for the guy to get off Facebook to serve us, was very short and abrupt, Caesar salad was soggy and drenched with too much dressing, quite disappointing, it used to be good

Been coming here since 2003! So glad the management hasn’t changed. Friendly vibe, great prices, great food sizes. If you are vegan however; options are very limited <br/>

The burgers were really worth the price!!! It was dirt cheap and really tasty. The menu was extremely extensive and the staff were really friendly too.

I ordered the chicken burger meal for takeaway. It was ready quickly. The burger was great, crisp lettuce, tasty chicken. The meal comes with a 250mL drink, which I found to be the perfect size. But the real winner was the chips. Very crisp and perfectly seasoned. A good amount too.  They also included a tub of potato salad. I asked around and learned they always include a little bonus. All together cost about $13. They do include a surcharge for card, it was about 50c.

Bucks is always busy over the lunch period. They are worth the wait. Their food is delicious and simple and the portions are fairly large. <br/><br/>Would recommend the Chicken burger. Great place to stop for a bite.

Bucks diner is a good value little eatery, nothing amazing, just tasty good sized portions. The menu is very extensive, and in my opinion very overwhelming, surely this can be condensed down to one smaller menu? <br/>Never the less this place is worth a pop in if you're looking for a tasty quick cheap meal. <br/>Enjoy!

Bucks diner is the bomb, you get a good amount of food for the price, burgers are the shit 😍😍 especially mega and riper burger 👌🏻👌🏻 salad dressing tastes yummy, milkshakes are decent tho my son didn't like his, fussy 5 year old 🙄 haven't tried any of their sweet stuff maybe soon, also coffee is good

I got excited thinking this was an American style burger joint... Yeah no! Had the flame burger which had a beef patty about half a cm thick on it. Tasty tho. We opted for some pasta salad instead of chips. Ewww ewwww ewwww nasty. Left the plate full. Quite disappointed. Wouldn't go back.

Excellent little place to grab a quick feed. Hearty old style burgers with a great price tag. Don't expect 5 star food from here but you will get good "Diner" style food from this establishment.

Great little Diner but it is a pitty there is not more sitting room but definitely worth squeezing in. Service is nice and friendly. Food is fresh and tastes excellent, priced fairly.

The burgers here are cheap and delicious. There's a good selection, and assorted other meals, as well as cakes and such in the display cabinet.

Buck's has become my go-to for eating out in Bunbury. Cheaper than most fast-food places and good quality food cooked well every time. The staff are always friendly, the premises are very clean and even when it's busy I've never had to wait very long for my meal. Also they have EFTPOS now!<br/><br/>Actually, we're off to eat at Buck's now!

Cheap, ok food and CASH ONLY. So cheap to eat here! The food is good - not great but worth what you pay for it. The staff don't really speak much English and the place looks horrible with crappy hand-written signs all over the place but if you're a bit light on for cash then it's well worth a visit. Be prepared for a bit of wait, service that isn't that great, poor decor, customers that are obviously the dregs of society but good food at a very reasonable price!

Fantastic food & value.. My husband and I came here for lunch today and it was absolutely fantastic! Don't underestimate the portion sizes, we struggled to finish our meals! The burgers are delicious, better than any other burger in Bunbury. <br/><br/>Prices are very fair, a great place to come for a relaxed lunch. We will definitely be back!

Great Service and Value for Money. You go in once and they remember you the next time you go in, great friendly service, the food is decent and well valued.

Amazing.

Good food in general but out of pancakes and not so keen on the sauce added to fruit salad. Fish good, toasted sandwich good, Chips could've been better and the tempura prawns were so tiny they should've been called tempura worms. Coffee reasonable.

Sign city. Friendly staff, great, cheap food. Tasty. Only negative is that the place looks like a dump. They need to get rid of those nasty hand corrected signs stuck all over the place!

Great cheap meals!. Service was quick for lunch, food was excellent and the portions were huge! $11 got me a huge burger, lots of chips, side salad and a can of drink. Would recommended!

Great Value, Tasty & Quick. Bucks is my fave place for a quick bite to eat in Bunbury. About $12 will get you a massive burger, serve of chips, side salad and a drink. I always upgrade my salad to their ceasar. The portions are generous, I can never finish a whole serving.<br/><br/>Quick efficient service, great prices. Cash only but theres an ATM next door.<br/><br/>My favourite burger is the Chiefs - tastes like a whopper only better. The chicken strips and gravy are also delicious. Chicken was tender and the gravy was edible - something takeout places usually fail at.
