Review Green Jade Asian Restaurant - Bunbury

Service was great. Nice clean restaurant. Food however was not so good. Sweet & Sour Pork was heavily battered. Beef Black Bean sauce was thickened, and tasteless. Should be runny black bean soy sauce type. Rice however was nice and fluffy- very tasty. Won’t be going back there for a long time.

The Green Jade Chinese Restaurant while it is a very popular place as they offer a $13 lunch menu, I was disappointed with my choice from the menu. While the fried rice was nice , I didn't like the honey chicken. It was two chicken breasts meat cooked in batter then cut up into strip's with honey poured over the top. The honey was very over powering when eaten, where as it should be a subtle taste of honey and a lot more sesame seeds. However it's not all bad. The staff are extremely professional and very friendly and welcoming. You don't have to wait long for your food and the atmosphere is jovial.

A surprise find in the suburbs, really good quality food for a good price, and staff are friendly. The laksas are huge!

Fabulous place. I've had wonderful experiences every visit with great customer service, fast delivery to table, tasty food, good prices and decent serve sizes. Amazing special dinner organised tonight for a special celebration and they did a fabulous job catering the multiple dishes that kept flowing out from the kitchen. Always a pleasurable visit. I have only been here once, around June 2021, service was great, I had beef satay and fried rice, I didn't like it, not a nutty flavour at all, quite watery and lacking flavour, fried rice is VERY bland. Wife had lemon chicken which looked very nice, I had some and it was delicious.

We get green jade almost every Friday night. It is the best Chinese food in bunbury and surrounds. Have never had a bad meal from here in the many years I have eaten here!

Awesome food and great value but the meals don't come out together, on the two occasions I've been there the meals are very staggered, first person has nearly finished, second person halve way through and last person still waiting up to 20min for there meal! Would be nice to all eat together and not have to watch your friends eat while you sit and wait

Disappointing. Take away. Special fried rice very bland. Very ordinary. Few shrimp, dried chicken pieces nothing much else. Mongolian beef was good. Meat very tender

It's a great place to eat ,staff are friendly ,service fast and the food is AMAZING .We all asked for "doggy bags " no dramas .I defiantly give them 10 out of 10

My go-to Chinese restaurant in Bunbury. I'm a sucker for honey chicken, and Green Jade is easily the best for it in town- using delicious & perfectly cooked chicken breast. Not to mention the super friendly and really fast service every time.

Had dinner last night and it is safe to say that We have found our new favorite Asian �� The food was cooked just right & the flavour was spot on.Huge bag of prawn crackers too!! We will be back.

Great service with a smile. The meal was delicious. Had Chilli prawns (big ones) with fried rice had 10 yummy prawns. Offered iced cold water. You will see us again when we do our shopping in Bunbury

On our way from Perth to Margaret River me and a couple pals grabbed some food at Green Jade 'Asian' restaurant. The ambiguity of the restaurants name coinciding with the image of a Samurai, and endorsements of the Thai green chicken curry for $11 lunch special should have raised alarm bells. But, unfortunately we decided to go with it despite going against our better judgement. I got the Thai green chicken curry. I can only describe this dish as a raw onion sperm gravy. One other friend decided to go with the safer option of pad Thai. Which smelt suspiciously like poo. We B-lined the food straight to the bin. No stars. Poo.

As my family and I just moved here and we don't eat much takeaway. We decided to try out green jade as it is just around the corner. Great food friendly staff and great service. The food was fresh and hot. If we order Asian/ Chinese again we will defiantly be a return customer. Well done.

Value for money. I have dined there many times and can't fault the place for all meals service cleanliness friendliness and great value.

Took family of 5 for dinner found the dishes Very oily and not much love put into this meal.<br/>Won't go there again, on a good note the service very good.

I was very disappointed in the lemon chicken dish. The chicken tasted so strongly of chlorine/bleach that I couldn't eat it. Very off putting. The special fried rice wasn't very nice either.
