Amazing views and really nice staff. Great meals and good coffee! Highly recommended.

Just had dinner with the family there. Service was friendly and professional. Meal was awesome and beautiful ambiance about this place. Awesome big function room too.

Woeful. Service was slow. Staff unfriendly and unprofessional. Apart from my wife and myself there were only two other couples in the restaurant. Seafood platter was below average. Prawns were tough and had obviously been thawed and refrozen multiple times. Will not be returning.

Sorry to say this was not enjoyable. We attended birthday celebrations in room away from restaurant. We had ordered meals via email prior to event. Lunch was due to be served at 1pm. By 2.30 pm most and meals on a dribble but 6 still had not been served. When this was revealed to staff it seemed that they didn't care instead of rectifying the situation. As a diabetic dependant on insulin I was way over my limits and needed food. Thier attitude was very poor. We gave up and left to get chicken treat.....at least it was food and I could take insulin. The kitchen door was left open and quality of staff amazed me. The chef looked like a homeless person and the second chef not much better. Eating out of bowls and care factor less than zero. Will not be back. Have heard bad reviews before but as others organised we went along. Off our list, typical Bunbury attitude, we get there, not if you want to be a tourist destination. This was booked for 40 but not enough staff to deal with the numbers.

Set on the waters edge... this aptly named restraunt offers a picturesque background, to supplement its great food. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunny Sunday afternoon with live music, fresh fish of the day, and lovely glass of wine to round off a beautiful afternoon there. The service was excellant with friendly staff who were very kid friendly. Toys and small kids bench, water for the young one in a plastic, straw covered cup all helped reduce the usual stress of eating out with a 3year old.

Had a great evening, friendly staff and excellent food. Perfect location... we even saw dolphins in the estuary during our meal. We had seafood platter for 2 . Generous serve and well priced. If you eat outside , best to bring a jacket just in case the wind comes up. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing meal today. Ordered the seafood platter, fish was beautiful, prawns lovely, chips very tasty but the squid was rubbery & the scallops undercooked. Asked for more scallops properly cooked, waitress took away the whole plate & when it came back the scallops were no better & we didn't get all of our plate back. To their credit the meal was taken off the bill with no disagreement from the staff. Although disappointed we will be back again (previously had good experiences) just not for a while.

Id taken a last minute road trip to bunbury and struggled to find somewhere open to eat. I saw a tiny sign for a cafe so i pulled over thinking a cafe was better than nothing. WOW. What a hidden gem. Stunning location. Beautiful restaurant. Service was great. Friendly and efficient. Food although expensive was amazing. Fresh and tasty. Although its a long drive id do it again. Would highly recommend. Only one piece of advice. Make your road side sign more distinctive. I nearly missed an amazing place

Ate here for lunch on Easter Sunday, it was fantastic, the staff were the best and the food and drinks were delicious. Well done, definitely worth a return visit.

Beautiful meal with amazing customer service, a special vegan meal was cooked by the chef to accomodate that wasn't on the menu. Our friends from Perth were so impressed they went back for breakfast the following morning before heading home x.

Would highly recommend the bbq ribs, went above and beyond expectation! Hubbys chicken burger was also �

Waited more than 10 minutes to get even a menu. Restraaunt was not busy and even after we got up to get a menu was told by wait staff they would bring us one.. after a further 5 minutes with no menu we left! Was disappointed as we were looking forward to our meal! Poor form �

Very disappointed. Having to wait over an hour for our meal and then while commenting to a waitress while paying we were told "well there was a 45 minute wait" which we weren't notified of when arriving or ordering. Very poor service and communication. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately. Beautiful location wasted.

Waited over an hour for our food today after following it up with them this included a kids meal, disgraceful. People arriving after us received their meals before us how does that work. When the food arrived it was dismal. When it came time to pay the rang up the wrong table then asked for another $10 this being the full price for everything!! Complaints obviously not taken seriously!! Thank you for ruining my birthday lunch, I know one place we won't be going back to!!

It's such a beautiful place to sit and eat if only they had more staff on. The poor girls were rushed of there feet. We ordered our meals and drinks together after waiting for someone to serve us. We got our drinks after a 15min wait. We then waited another 45min before we got our lunch. Thank goodness our meal was delicious. Would have had a coffee after but wasn't sure when we would have got it. Come on people get your act together or your going to lose customers. It seems you have a reputation for slow service.

Today we celebrated our Mums 70th birthday at Waters Edge Restaurant. The service was amazing and the meals were beautiful. A huge thank you to Tammy and all the staff who went above and beyond for our large group of 36 guests and made Dorothy's Birthday celebration so special. Thank you so much.

Great place, any noise was absorbed in the building fabric and open layout, the view of the inlet is beautiful, staff were attentive and obliging, food was fabulous, we really enjoyed it.

Great spot !! Even better owner Highly recommend �

I have been twice now for breakfast and then coffee. Amazing service and delicious food. Very happy, returning customer here :)
