Great little shopping centre was my go to place to shop when I lived in Bunbury. So it was only natural for me to drop in when I drove down on business the other day. Big W and woolworths along with chemist and news agent and other specially stores cater for most needs.

Good range of shops. Pleased to see number of CoVid check in points making for quick access. New toilet facilities,roomier and have touchless soap dispenser and water taps. Top marks

1st time, as far as shopping in general goes a pleasurable enough experience. Plenty of extra shopping. Good access and location, easy in easy out. Will continue to use this forum in future.

After 1:50 mnts of drive from Perth,seeing this sight was wonderful and had some refreshing, hot coffee.

Good place to visit with family

An excellent place to shop. I can always find what I need here. A huge range of shops and services.

A good variety of stores. A great place to shop ad parking is easy and lots of choice.

Good shops. Clean. A one stop n shop hub actually.

Usally ok but for lunch today not the best took about 1hour to get food my boy got 2 chicken tenders and 10 chips The salmon egg holindaz eggs not cooked My seafood basket well not good.

The toilets are awful. I am from Perth but went to Bunbury for a couple of days break. We came into the shopping centre and while there i needed the loo. As i am in a wheelchair I made a beeline for the disable toilet - which is in the same part as the general toilets. The first door to get in is very, very narrow and I smacked my knuckles pretty badly, leaving bruising even through the gloves I wear. There was a guy there, I think he was a cleaner, who directed me back to the parenting room, which i appreciated. That doorway needs to be made wider as not having the disabled access is non compliant.

Very rude female member of staff at the muffin break. Everything was too much effort!

A very nice shopping center. The shops are so hugh. Since coming to Bunbury we have noticed Coles, Woolworths, Big W the stores are massive. Love Bunbury.

This Santa has to come back! He was so amazing with all the kids, He made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease, this is very difficult as she's pretty anxious at the best of times! Best Santa photo we've ever had :)

Had the best customer service from the lovely female staff member (didn't see her name tag - wish I did) from Jeanswest today. She watched my bub while I tried on clothes and was just went above and beyond the usual service and was so friendly and helpful �

Good shopping with plenty to choose from...only complaint would be the lack of parking

Well organised... Kids had a ball Plenty off food, only a little complaint that the juice boxes weren't chilled Great that Santa interacted with the kids.... Good 2 see this being offered Can't wait until next year Well done

You meet new people say Hi to them and going shopping as well catch up with friends for a cuppa also some think to eat while you are there.

Recently lost all my precious photos off my phone. Someone suggested I try the Telstra shop, the young man stated he couldn't get them back but he thought if I had a google account which I do, I might find them there. BINGO they're there. I would not worry but some of my grandson (s) are irreplaceable. He is undergoing chemo at present. Thankyou to the one in charge for the day. Thankyou Telstra Shop

My daughter and i had a santa photos yesterday he was amazing even though she wasn't a fan. He even tried photo bombing to make her smile well done to the forum santa and his helpers
