VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. AMAZING FOOD. Best meal we have had in a long time. High quality, filling meals. Great, friendly, helpful service. If we lived here we would be regulars. Very decent Vegan menu as well.

I held my 1920's themed birthday party in the function room upstairs. Rodney and the team worked with me to accommodate all of my wishes. The meals were delicious and the finger food platters were 5 star. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Wandered in to open doors to the public bar to be greeted by a completely rude barman who couldn’t be bothered to answer if we could have a drink or where the toilets were. He shunted us from the bar and made it very clear we could only sit at a different table until meals were served. That’s not a problem with us but by gosh mate some clearly out of towners wander in for a beer you should get off your phone, say hello, smile and at least try to make your workplace a semi happy place to be. The best part of it was watching the band warm up, shame we didn’t feel welcome enough to stay and enjoy the show.

I’ve got to compliment the staff…very obliging, kind and efficient. The food is delicious although too much on the plate but that’s just me I guess I’ll ask for smaller versions in future.

Awesome food. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is amazeballs. Roberto is amazing and did not put me up to this!

We went to the club for dinner for my sons birthday last night its the first time we have been there for a while and it was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible the wait staff had no idea what they were doing or whos meals were whos they brought meals to our table that werent ours drinks that werent ours forgot parts of peoples orders got orders wrong the food that we did get was good but doesnt make up for everything else. It used to be good there but seems to have gone down hill this year. To many people trying to do the one job i won't go back there in a hurry.

Went there for lunch a week ago and waited over an hour for 2 steak burgers...and people that came in after us where getting their lunch before us. When we finally got our lunch my steak could be snapped like crunchy bacon, wet over cooked and not tasty at all, and definitely not worth waiting over an hour for. Quiet disappointed...

Interesting visit back to The Club tonight while back home on holidays, the food was great and the Chef was very friendly and helpful with the kids ice creams, it seems everything else has gone downhill a little. I took one of my twins to the toilet and she fell off the toilet because the entire seat was just sitting on the toilet and not actually attached and there was toilet water leaking from the bottom all over that cubicle. After that was all sorted I took both the twins to the kids room which is basically a room with a chalkboard and no chalk, pens with no paper and tv screens that are not working. After 6 years from my last visit home the family environment seems to have disappeared which is unfortunate but I will say that if the food wasnt great then I would of had to of given a lower rating. Hopefully my next visit is more enjoyable.

Worst meal and service in Bundaberg. Roast of the day on the menu states 14.90 but special board says 15.00. If wasnt for the gravy ( which i dont like and didnt get a option of having) made the meal barely edible. 25 minutes to get a roast off the specials board. Punters who ordered steak after got their's before us. And what would you pay for 8 hour oven baked beef ribs with slaw and chips... ??

We had dinner at the club last night. What a disappointment. A complete stuff up by waitresses bringing us the wrong food. Food to our table that wasn't ours. Drinks to our table that wasn't ours. Forgot about our garlic bread. And then tried to to tell us we had it already. The food wasn't great either. The chips were so salty we couldn't eat them. The kids chicken nuggets. We're nuggets they were a few strips of chicken. Not recommend hope they get there act together. We were not the only ones.

Everything was overcooked. Took much too long to have the food served and when it was, all 3 courses were served at the same time. Never in my life has this happened. Then the staff seemed surprised when we didn't want to take our 3rd course at the same time as the other two. Who wants to consume a (normally chilled dessert) warm because staff have poor time management skills? Not us that's for sure. Also noticed a distinct lack of hygiene. Staff were handling food with their bare hands and moving between stations without washing their hands (handling meat bare handed then moving to salad and handling that bare handed). This was a favourite and our first choice for a meal out. We won't be returning anytime soon. Disappointing all round.

Went here for a dinner last night with my partner, had an amazing dinner and equally as good service. Thank you to our waitress Brooke, she was wonderful and such a lovely person. Would definitely recommend to a friend �

The prices are way too high for the food. And quality isnt good. Positive is there usually isn't a cover charge like the Cenny. Its hard to find affordable meals in this town so you end up with junk or pay a fortune and still get junk. Try the Metro

Ambiance cool en semaine, agréable pour prendre une bière ou manger un morceau, et l'endroit se transforme le week-end pour devenir une place multi-atmosphère où passer des soirées dignes d'un vrai samedi.

It's been awhile, but just have lunch at the Club and I have to say it was great. Fresh, fast and friendly service. Definitely be back.

My daughter had her 18th birthday party in the function room. It was amazing. The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that a great night was had by all of our guests.

I love the Club Hotel great atmosphere,great service and I especially love the fact that I can view the piece of steak I want to eat.So I can tell the chef yeah can you cook me that bit of steak so I pick the biggest and best looking one and he cooks it medium like I ask for and medium is what I get.In my eyes 👀 this is one of my favourite pubs in Bundaberg......
