Review Spicy Tonight - Bundaberg

Had an amazing lunch munch at Spicy Tonight with my wifes old school mate from Philippines. It does Thai and Indian food, so yummy 😋 we ordered Beef Laksa, Tom yum soup, Beef marsala and unlimited steamed rice. Wow wow wow 👌 awesome foods, beef laksa with noodles so yummy beef was so tender it disintegrated when touched so beautiful. The sweet and sour tom yum soup 🍲 very tasty and authentic flavours. The beef narsalaMy son had chicken nuggets and chips, very tasty nuggets that would put maccas to shame. Really very good service as they were close to full for lunch service. We had coconut juice and Bundaberg drinks @$3.20 a hit and sprite for the boy👦. It was very good, we will go again and munch there. This place is awful. We went there at 8:20 and they said opened for take away only. we ordered chicken tandoori and chicken Karahi It smelled awful, appears as though chicken is seven days old and they simply micro waved and served it to us. Try not to serve Indian food when you don't have the idea how to cook them. Kindly donot order Indian food at this restaurant Terrible experience 🤮🤮🤮

Omg amazing food and very polite friendly staff. A must if you want the best tasting Thai and Indian in town.

2 times in a week, easy to find, flat atmosphere. Staff were nice guys, but the service is slow and lacking, and the food is sloppy and flavourless. In all my meals, I had dishes that tasted like old freezer stock or rancid. Other parts that should be cooked well were not and other parts that should not be cooked were over done. It was not Thai food that I would expect from a restaurant. No feedback from the kitchen or a discount for returned plates.... I don’t recommend.

I had a lunch over there on last Tuesday with my wife and daughter .i haven’t seen before Indian food was disaster.we had chicken tikka , rice , aloo cauli , tandoori naan nothing was good. I will not recommend any one there for Indian food .and customer service was not good .while taking orders she was talking with other with others peoples and waste more time .it was very very worst place in my life .zero star place

We visited here due ro good ratings, but i was a bit disappointed. Staff didn't seem to know much about the meals on the menu. Though meal (Indian) was ok, nothing to write home about. Atmosphere is a bit ordinary also. Not the best, but not the worse either, just regular Indian cuisine.

Have absolutely loved dining at this restaurant for at least the last 12 years now, it’s amazing fresh delicious menu is so satisfying and the service always friendly and polite. By far my favourite restaurant ever.

I didn’t know what to expect from a bit of a tired looking exterior. Although the decor is a bit tired it was a wonderful meal, 2 different curries and even had dishes I’d never tried elsewhere. Thanks folks!

Never had a meal here I haven't been happy with always fresh , friendly service, reasonable prices been a customer for over 11 years now keep up the great service 😊👍

Have had lunch at this place... Lovely lady serving and really really nice food, this is going to be to place for us to be with friends. 5 stars.

service good - food (indian) awesome - a little bit more aircon would have been nice but it was cooler than outside - going back - you bet we are!

Disappointing to say the least.<br/><br/>Tonight we were seated and served by a child that looked about 10 or 11 years old. When we asked a staff member how much longer it would be she had no idea and asked the child that served us. After waiting 50 minutes for our meals they weren't right. The food was very bland and tasteless.<br/><br/>Our order consisted of :<br/>1. Spinach and cheese naan (tasteless)<br/>2. Chilli and garlic naan (tasteless)<br/>3. Beef Madras (acceptable)<br/>4. Aloo Palak (bland)<br/>5. Coconut Rice (cold)<br/><br/>Whilst waiting the 50 minutes for our meal to arrive we observed other tables receiving their food sporadically. A Bowl of rice, 5 minutes later a naan bread then after another 5 minutes a plate of food or 2 would turn up, absolutely pathetic.<br/><br/>It is New Years Eve but the place wasn't very busy so they should have been able to cope with the amount of customers.<br/><br/>I would not recommend this restaurant.

OMG this was such delicious food. When we asked for hot we got HOT and the mild food was perfectly mild. There were chunks of bay leaves and other delicious proof that this food was cooked authentically and the beef fell apart on the plate. Yum.

Always Happy Here. We order from Spicy Tonight all the time, we often get takeaway or eat in. The staff are friendly and very pleasant and the food is always exceptionally good. Highly recommended to anyone who likes Indian or Thai Cuisine. It's very handy because often my partner craves Indian and I crave Thai, we can go here and both get what we want. <br/>If you want Coconut Rice be sure to phone ahead half an hour so they can have it ready when you arrive. :)
