First time patron: took Mum for lunch. Food was thoroughly delicious! Slightly disappointed my poached eggs weren't runny, but over all it was a quality meal and reasonably priced. Service was quick and very friendly. Will without doubt dine there again. Thank you for a great dining experience!

Cannot recommend a better place - quiet, friendly atmosphere, easily accessible and cheap as chips. New owners are fabulous, bringing new life to the cafe. The staff always serve with a smile and tasteful chit chat. Their cheesecakes and other assorted sweets are to die for. It’s a great place to dip in for a snack/coffee or meet with friends. I always feel welcomed in the Arrow Bean Espresso Bar. 5/5 stars.

What a lovely place. I had no idea it was so big inside. We had the sugar rush sandwich and I couldn't finish mine. Man it was good though. Coffees are strong. Atmosphere lovely.

Lukewarm almond cappuccino cup at $5.80 (rip off) after waiting that all the many take-away drinkers got theirs though they were behind me in the queue.

Breakfast at the Arrow Bean Bundaberg was AMAZING. My husband and I both ordered the big breakfast and boy was it a BIG and delicious breakfast !
You won’t get a tastier or better value ($18) breakfast ‘anywhere’. No way could we finish it all unfortunately.
Couldn’t fault the breakfast, spotlessly clean cafe, friendly staff and of course they have Campos coffee !
I would rate the Arrow Bean Cafe 10/10

Very disappointed in the service. The manager who served us made it seem like a chore to serve. Will be going elsewhere as it didn’t leave a good impression that a manager would treat customers like this! Used to live this place before management change.

Worst customer service ever! The seems-to-be owner needs to learn how to run A business. You start making coffee when you get orders, right? She was so into chitchat and start reading our orders 14minutes later. Too much for a relaxed country atmosphere…

Don't boo all you coffee lovers, but due to health concerns I must have decaffeinated coffee. There are only 2 places in Bundaberg that make a decent long black decaf and of the two Arrow Bean is my 5 star cafe! Thank you Hannah and your delightful staff. We are always made to feel welcome. Cheerful service, nice atmosphere and quality food. Always leave with a smile on my face x

The last lunch I had there was extremely dry (a quiche) and burnt to the baker paper. Yes, that wasn't even removed before serving. The salad however was good. As I said I wouldn't make it a priority to visit again. You can see I've given it more than one opportunity to impress. There are too many other coffee shops to choose from. This is not one of them.
