Ice cream was amazing and milk shakes were yum but it's a shame that the staff are not friendly at all. They didn't even smile. Was very disappointed. Smile guys it's a fun place to work!

Thought I would treat myself to something nice, cool and refreshing. Ordered a Spider. Got a small cup with a minuscule scoop of ice cream and a bottle of soda. The ice cream was almost completely melted by the time I walked back to the car. Definitely not the Spider I remember from the past and definitely not worth the cost.

5 star i was there like 10 minute after closing they had the things over the ice cream yet they still let me get one you guys are so cool :)

I have to say, the local place to go for fancy ice cream is here! Got a take home pack, thought I'd eat it over the weekend, haha! No chance! Ate the whole thing to myself! So good! Just keep that in mind! Hardcore 10/10!!!

Waffle Wednesday is somewhat of a tradition for our family and friends now � The kids have even started thier own Waffle Wednesday gang and have a full initiation, handshake and dance move you have to do to be apart of the WWG lol Jess is the best - shes always smiling, is so efficient, always professional and pumps those waffles out like no other haha Waffle Wednesday is something we all look forward to now. Keep up the great work Kelly, can't please everyone but you'll always have us ���

Cold Rock Bundaberg. I'm Not writing to you to Thank you for the ice cream or for being my cheat meal for the week.. Because deep down I now regret it in a way, I'm currently dying from a ice cream baby lol. I'm writing to one of your staff that i Thank for serving me tonight. It was a split second choice to come to you guys after a big day, Walking in I felt aggravated and tired. I was served by a girl with strawberry blonde hair (only way for me to explain her) She didn't even have to say a word before I instantly felt happy with her service, which is rare to find in Bundaberg, most sales assistants are far to busy or not in the mood to treat their customers how they should be treated. I watched her serve the people in front of me first and even know they were some what rude and not as nice as they could have been, I could really tell she was just having one of those nights, where she would have had tones of rude customers but still smiled big and greeted all with respect, it really made me happy. She was wonderful and honestly made my night with her commitment and pride in her customer service. So my Five Star Rate is to you guys for hiring such an incredible employee. P.s- Anyone who is having trouble choosing a flavour and mix, Milo, Nutella and Oreo is on point ⭕️❌

Very appalled. My family will never be going back again. Spent over $30 , 3 large size ice creams and got only half full containers. Thanks Cold Rock Bundaberg for ruining a family night out.

I will never go into this store again. The two young kids working there left a lot to be desired. One customer asked the girl for chocolate ice cream and she said “it’s out “. I then proceeded to get served by the male and what I wanted was four flavours of icecream in a bucket with all different mixes and he said he can’t do that and he can give me the mix ins to do them myself at home. The service was terrible and I will never ever be back in your store again and I would suggest that if u are going to leave young people like that in your store when u aren’t there yourself then your business is not going to be popular I am absolutely appalled at the service I received and I am going to contact cold rock head office to let them know
