Review The Coffee Club - Bundaberg

Great service and helpful staff, food was beautiful and coffee was awesome, will definitely go back in the future. My girlfriend and I are here this morning at 10:55am and the young girl that served us was very arrogant and rude I am extremely not happy with the way we were served, a different girl that brought the iced coffee over was much better. Pity one arrogant and rude staff member destroyed our enjoyable experience, considering our first experience was second to none.

The Oasis to visit, unwind and have the best coffee one can imagine! Both Coffee Clubs in Bundaberg are under the same management and we visit both establishments for over 25 years. Divine products, made, prepared and served by very skilled people. Their personnel knows how to treat their customers like royalty and to us it feels like a visit to see good friends.

Make sure to ask how you get your 2for1 coffee before you order. They won't offer the information up front. Muffin Break coffee was good.

Lovely cafe environment. Friendly staff, typical meals, yummy treats and hot or cold beverages. Great place to catch up with friends.

Terrible service!! 50 minute wait for food that with barely any customers that was luke warm at best. Most unfriendly, unhelpful bunch of staff. Wouldnt recommend to anyone

We had a lovely lunch, the food was great but the service from a lady Maxine was even better. She was bubbly and happy and seemed to actually enjoy her job. Thanks Maxine!

Very disappointed. I ordered the bacon, eggs and tomato and a couple of bites in I found a long black hair in my food (I have short blonde hair). As the hair was in amongst my food it turned my stomach and I couldn't eat any more. I discretely brought it to the attention of the staff, who said they would let the kitchen know. I would have thought that as my food could not be eaten due to a staff members hair, that they would offer to refund the cost- but this did not happen. Perhaps they'll spend the money on hair nets for the kitchen staff, as none of them had them on. I won't be returning to this coffee club.

Asked for two mugs of coffee. The cashier got it it wrong brought out cups, which was ok we all make mistakes. However the person that brought it out was trying to convince us to have the cup instead as the mug will cost us more. $1.10.....which we were happy to pay for.... for a $1.10 they have lost a customers for a lifetime. No offer for a refund was given neither did we stay for another coffee
