Review Mcdonalds - Bundaberg

Order took 15 minutes to prepare and when I got it it was stone cold, I even made the girl feel the chips she agreed they were cold and told me if I wanted hot chips I’d have to wait another 3 minutes in which case my already cold burgers would be even colder, they didn’t put in the salad dressing and the salad was only half full of just lettuce and tomatoes. Lots of staff standing around eating their own hot chips, very poor service.

Pretty unimpressed. We were there early in the morning for breakfast. There were no other customers in the store. No clean tables, the floor was dirty and there was even food on some of the chairs. Made a comment to management and the response was a nonchalant "yeah, it was a busy night ". Mcdonald's used to be known for it's cleanliness and service.

We took our grandchildren here for a breakfast treat on our way out of Bundaberg after spending the night following our grandsons surgery. It took forever for a staff member to take our order despite a young woman with dark hair, a face piercing and what looked like chocolate or some kind of food, smeared all down the side of her trousers, walking backwards and forwards past us numerous times, seemingly not doing anything in particular. Eventually the young woman with a headset on took our order, I can only assume, between taking drive through orders. We were really disappointed there were no hotcakes available for the children but there were workmen there at the time, which we assumed was the reason. After we ordered she told us to take a seat and someone would bring our order to our table. When our order was ready, the young woman with the piercing and dirty clothes called out an order number. I asked my husband if that was our number, which he confirmed and he went up and collected it. This young lady couldn't even muster a courteous smile. Other people who ordered after us received their orders to their table, by another pleasant, courteous young woman. Unfortunately that one staff member put us off ever wanting to return to this particular McDonald's.

Made us wait for toastee until the coffee was cold, when we looked at our order it was wrong, so another 10 minutes for the toastee at this point drive through experience was around 20 minutes or so. Its suppose to be drive through and there were about 15 people in the kitchen so no staff shortage either

5o percent of the time food is cold .We always ask for fresh hot food specifically as we can't eat this food cold. I ask for half sauce as this sometimes fixes problem.if you aren't told take a park you can be sure 50 percent of the time it will be cold.this is the result at both outlets in Bundaberg. When it isn't busy it's worse as they have a buildup on the shelf.and pass them out. We live out of town and have blackspots phone wise .makes it hard to fix the problem we are always loaded with grocery s and need to go home asap. Only answer seems to be don't shop at McDonald's. Bought lunch today from her. Received wrong burgers. Then to top it off they were so overcooked you couldn't bite into the them the bacon 🥓 was so over cooked and dripping in oil that it tasted like cardboard. They were also so full of mayo that it filled half the box when we scrapped it off the 2 burgers. We will not be returning. Shame on you. People pay good money for a meal well we certainly did not get that. Shame on you Bundy

The most disgusting MacDonald's I have ever visited. Cold food but worse was the fact the place had rubbish everywhere and staff including the manager on duty didn't seem to care or make any effort to clean. If I could have given one no stars I would have .

Chips we ordered were missing from pack and chips were cold and greasy probably just sitting around. Toilets clear but handryer broken. No wonder store gets a lot of poor ratings.
