Review Koodos - Bundaberg

I had a wonderful experience. Chris was fantastic to deal with. I emailed her some photo ideas and she gave me a quote. The final cake met expectations and beyond. I am sincerely happy with the service I received. I also tried a coffee when I was in the shop collecting the cake and it was lovely.

Ordered a cake for the advertised price, paid deposit. Was phone later that day and told their was a price change and was going to be charged $100 more. The staff were rude and unprofessional and refused to honour the price already writen in their books. They then said they would consider honouring it and they would get back to me. A month later, no call, when approaching them again, they were rude and unapologetic. They did return deposit.

Went to pick up my cake after paying the quoted price on the day i ordered and was told there would be an additional charge. After explaining that i had already paid in full the owner came out and rudely told me that the person quoteing me should have told me they were unsure of the price........ after about 5 minutes of listening to her complain i was allowed to leave with my cake. Customer service from this lady was very poor.

I Have ordered fondue cake toppers twice now from Koodos and both times they have come out exactly how I wanted them and not overly priced, Very happy with product and service Definitly recommend Cris!

Wonderful cafe and beautiful custom cakes, really admire the diverse range of desserts! Loving the homemade atmosphere to everything!
