Have been a regular for maybe 6mnths now. Staff are always friendly & helpfull. Always order the same coffee (large cappucino,2 sugars in a mug dine-in). I even point to the mug i want when i order. But my name's called, i go up & im presented with a takeaway cup. Ive never ever ordered a takeaway.

Not too bad. Average. But they need to improve their milkshakes. Their large size is too small and they mix in other flavours i.e. sometimes Salted Carmel and whipped cream in the shake, compared with other retailers in the shopping centre. I'll purchase my vanilla milkshakes elsewhere until they i
1.50 on Tuesday and staff are talking and hanging up decorations while tables are piled high with dirty dishes and trays. Flies everywhere. Files now buzzing around us as well. Disgusting.
Very disappointed. They stuffed my order and my friends orders up, but the staff are very polite. Seats are very hard, and as it is in the open in the middle of the shopping centre, conversation with my mate was difficult.
Although there was a small problem with my order they were curteous and fixed the problem straight away by making new drinks at no extra charge. I want to commend the staff on their wonderful customer service during such a busy time and their effort to make sure everything was good.
