Review Hungry Jack's - Bundaberg

Had hungry jacks delivered tonight at a cost of $45. Got no chips with the meals… the burger is dry and the nuggets burnt… when I rang hungry jacks I was told it not their fault that I had to ring door dash!!!!! So who is cooking this? Hungry jacks or door dash? The incompetent manager I spoke to at hungry jacks told me they ran out of chips and proceeded to tell me that soft 3 soft squishy hash browns are a replacement. It amazes me how a food chain such as hungry jacks can run out of chips!!!!!! Given chips go with each meal on their menu…. Burger is only a half of a bun…. Maybe the other half is on the floor for the next patron. This isn’t the first time this has happened last time I waited outside in my car for over 45 mins for a chicken burger meal for my son. I will never ever recommend hungry jacks Westside Bundaberg to anyone… I would travel to the east store for better service. The higher management need to seriously look at better training programs for your so called incompetent management at the Westside Bundaberg store. Also maybe a program of mannerisms over the phone would be great especially when the manager has no idea of what he is talking about. I would love to hear from the big boss!!!!!!!!

28/Mar/22 8:00PM around i odered 2 whopper. One is double beef one is just nomal. There is no tomatoes inside both. And i tried order on drive thru, But they didn’t accept call and nobody care. Very awful and they just doing lark. Awful Awful Awful !!!!!!

Dined in on Monday 23rd August, 2021. The service was terrible and the food even worse. If I could give a minus score, I would. The fries pictured had not been touched and when we questioned the serving size we were told "that's what it is". What fries were in the bag were cold. The "Big Jack" burger was half the size of the one pictured on the menu and was not very pleasant to eat. Will definitely NOT be wasting our hard earned dollars here again.

Staff took awhile to acknowledge you’re at the counter and then when they do, they still don’t serve you for a bit. Bathrooms were really dirty too.

It was one of the cleanest and tidiest Hungry Jack's restaurants I have ever been in. The young staff were friendly and our Jack's spicy fried chicken burger and chocolate thickshake was absolutely delicious . You couldn't ask for any more than that.

I paid by cash for my drive-through. The cashier got me the wrong change. When brought to attention, he told me a different price for the meal instead of correcting it. Checked the price of the meal again online after I got back home. He ripped off a couple dollars. Sure, the amount wasn't big, but that's just bad customer service.

Ordered a $20 burger/hunger tamers box through drive through and was asked to park at front of the restaurant. I did so and waited for what felt like close to half an hour if not more to receive my order while watching many other cars receive theirs and leave before me. Received my meal with a small apology for the wait. Will not be returning as it is not the first time this particular restaurant has made an error or been slow

Every freaking time i order nuggets, no sauce, even when I specifically ask! Tonight, I got a meal, and asked for a bottle of water, they gave me a large cup of water! I am.honestly sick of this service, I got charged for a bottle of water with my meal, I know exactly how much a cup of water costs compared, absolutely disgusting behaviour!
