We were shopping at unihill and decided to look for a place close by for a quick lunch. Very pleasantly surprised. The place definitely deserves the rating... AMAZING SERVICE and good food.
The owners were really friendly and sweet to talk to. Service was quick but maybe because we had a late lunch and it wasn’t busy at all.
Overall definitely a place i would go back to if i am in that area again!
Great food, polite service, and a vibrant location just off Plenty Road. I've always wondered why this place was so busy when I went by on my bicycle. Now I know. Hand made, wood fired pizza. Mrs Canuck said the eggplant parmigiana was very tasty.
Great atmosphere and friendly service with exceptional food to match. Highly recommend the wood fired pizza. The entree size dishes are quite generous and good value for money.
Very good quality Pizza and Pasta. A bit Pricey but you pay for some of the best Pizza in the Northern Suburbs. Good place to come and relax with a nice meal and the service is quick! Always come back here for a quick feed.

A great local pizza/pasta restaurant with wood fire pizza and beautiful pasta. However it does get very busy and noisy, it is a family friendly restaurant and quite echoey. But the food is great and I always enjoy watching the pizza chef make the pizza with his tricks 😂
The taste and presentation of the food is amazing! The customer service is also quite good. Definitely a great place to eat and enjoy a dine in experience.
I challenge everyone to find a better big breakfast! For $16.90! I will guarantee you will not find a cheaper better quality big breakfast ever!
Traditional italian pork sausage with sautéed garlic mushrooms, potato rosti and seeded soughdough bread scrambled eggs were spot on. The omlette with added bacon and avocado was awesome too. Coffee was good.

Really enjoy this place the food is great. The pizzas are the standout. Thin crust and cooked in a wood oven. Only one issue the same bottle of wine I can purchase for $10 I was way overcharged for! Will drink water next time!
I go there about 4 days a week. I mostly only go for breakfast. I get the smashed avo with a few extras. I haven't yet found a better place to get smashed avo, even the big breaky is awesome if your looking for that huge feed. Coffee is really great too. the staff are really nice to. I highly recommend breakfast there or a pizza for lunch/dinner....Eddie

Good food, good coffee. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but open for the rest of the week. There's an outdoor sitting if you prefer to enjoy the sun. The food is good and the menu is extensive. I've had pizza, pasta, brunch in numerous occasions and it didn't disappoint.

We found this place last night through Urbanspoon and we're so happy we did. We had 3 small pizzas and we were very impressed. Flavours were yummy and fresh. Will definitely be getting pizza from here again...

Best kept secret. La Salita is the northern suburbs best kept secret. Whilst the venue is not the best in terms of ambience and decor - its the quality of the food that more than makes up for it. You have to have the pizzas - wood fired, thin crust, minimal toppings with maximum flavour. The way real pizzas should be made. The all day breakfast is great value for money as are the pasta dishes. The puttanesca is simple but awsome!

The food is cheap and so yummy try the prosciutto pizza with boconcinni .. Very Italian and if you like a crispy base it's the way to go!

Great Italian in the Northern Suburbs!. La Salita is definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the northern suburbs. Great authentic Italian food. I have been many times and will continue to keep going back until a better Italian retaurants opens up around the area.
The pasta sauces are done very well and never runny. Their pizzas are woodfire and always delish. The waiters are attentive. Never had a bad experience dining here. The place does get very busy so I suggest booking.
It's been hidden behind the freeway for a while but mum and i only just discovered this gem a month ago.

everytime we go (without a booking), we get asked if we have a booking and when we say no the lady gives a look of uncertainty that we mightnot get a table ...however each time without fail there's a table for us so don't know why she pulls that face every time.

Fantastic food and wonderful service.
All the staff were lovely. There were serveral large groups of people when I came and the staff come up to us regularly to ensure us that our food was on its way and that there had been large orders hence the delay.
When I couldn't finish my pasta they put it in a container for me. I could not be happy with the dining experience.

So good I dined twice in two days!. I enjoyed dining here last Saturday so much, that I choose the venue again for friends on Sunday. I was with my family, a party of 10, here on Saturday and we had an amazing meal. The pizzas were yummy and perfectly coked in the stone pizza oven (you can actually see your Pizza's being made), and the rest of the dishes (calamari, burgers, lamb chops, lasagne, fish, wedges, chips, chicken snitzel, steak and barramundi fillet) were all tasty. The service was fast and friendly and the feel of the restaurant was warm and cheerful (great since it was a miserable night outside). They have a huge range of desserts to, all of which were just as enjoyable, so were their coffees and hot beverages (they do a great coffee). The bill came to just under $200, which for mains, desserts, and drinks that was pretty good.
I was here ago on Sunday with a friend as well, as there is little around our area in terms of restaurants where you can find great food at a good value. We had the gnocchi in a mushroom sauce and the chicken parmigana. Both were fabulous once again, so was dessert. This is now my new favourite place, and the fact that it has a large car park and is pretty excluded, as it's away from any main streets, and plenty of options on the menu I know I will be returning again and again!

This is the best Woodfire pizza I have ever eaten. The chef makes great homestyle Italian meals and the staff are very friendly.
Being local this place is our go to for Italian food when we can't be bothered cooking at home. Pasta marinara is right up there with some of the best I've ever had. Massive green lipped NZ mussels and plump prawns. Great service and great food. Definitely no complaints.
I have been attending La Salita for many years and have never had a bad experience. The pizza is always great as well as the entire menu, the staff always have a smile and are polite. I cannot fault this place.

La Salita is the only takeaway pizza/pasta shop that gives decent amount of seafood with massive prawns and other seafood very tasty takeaway pizza and pasta. Very good sizing takeaway parmas and very tasty pizzas! My new favourite uber eats place!

Had my sister's birthday here last night. Such a great family owned restaurant with nice modern decor and ample seating inside and out for all weather conditions. This was my third time here and the food once again did not disappoint. The wood fired pizzas are fantastic! As the family dined together we ordered several different dishes.. A diverse range from arancini, to steak, to simple things like wedges. Could not find anything to really fault and I'm quite a picky eater. I whole heartedly recommend this spot if you live in the area and want to give somewhere new a try. They even accommodated the birthday cake with no fuss. Will be back soon. Thanks to management and the friendly staff for making evening memorable for all

I had the chirozo pizza, it was practically perfect! The lemon lime and bitters was also perfect. The fam had pasta and they also said it was perfect! My 4 yo ate ever last mouthfull of pasta (this is quite rare as even as a 4 yo she's very fussy regarding her pasta sauce).
Only problem. Is, it's a bit for from home to visit regularly 😫
