I was so pleasantly surprised , one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. Git a Tropicana burger and bang!!!! Beetroot, bacon, pineapple and big meat patty. Bloody delicious

My friend and I dined in this afternoon. We ordered 1 seafood salad, 2 fisherman’s packs and drinks. Fisherman’s packs were okay. However, we were so disappointed by the salad. The displayed tray of seafood salad has lots of fresh prawns which look so nice and yummy. But it’s not exactly what we were received. There was only ONE prawn. The rest of salad were seafood sticks and celery. That’s really upset us since it wasn’t what we expected for around $14 worth salad (exclude surcharge for holiday). We know prawns are expensive but they should sell what they showed us. If you cannot sell what you show, please do not show that.

Ordered via deliveroo , had my order cancelled by them at the last minute after waiting forever , luckily hunky dory was open and it is the best fish and chips iv ever had and is now my local , so thanks Tropicana for being a bad buisiness and leading me to the fantastic Hunky dory fish and chip shop in palm beach

Arrived at 11.40 am ,went to order from the breakfast menu which was advertised as being served till 12 noon. However was told No we are not doing breakfast . So promptly left and ended up at The Pantry Cafe and had Fabulous Breakfast and service .

Service is soooo slow. Started at 7:30 and struggling to get the bill at 9:30. Food is good tho. Probably wouldn't come here again for a formal dinner..

Bang opposite to the beach, after we finished our trail-walk, we ended-up here for some sugar and caffeine rush in the form.of a coffee and muffin and ended up enjoying a scoop of Mango Ice Cream as well. Staff is very friendly and kind, and the coffee and muffin were very good.

Ordered an açai bowl from Burleigh Tropicana over the weekend and enjoyed it, nothing overly special but fresh and filling. The cafe was doing a good trade which meant we had to wait a little but enjoyed the spot in the middle of Burleigh.

You get what you pay for. Got the double cheese burger and chips. You totally get a better burger from hungry jacks. This $8.20 the bun is yesterday bread

Australia is said to be food lover’s delight and yet we were not able to find a place that was delicious as well as pocket friendly(all Indians can understand my dismay over currency conversion rate dilemma lol!!). And then on Christmas day when most of the other shops were closed we found this casual looking joint right opposite to Burleigh Beach bus stop.<br/>If you are big on the ambiance and look and feel then well this might not be a good option but if good food is the only priority then you are in the right place mate.We ordered the classic fish and chips(dory & Barramundi) and I must say inspite of not being much of a sea food lover I was stumped by its taste. It was excellent in all accounts. Next we decided to try out the chicken parmigiana and I must say if you visit the place you must try it at all cost. All the flavours blended in perfect harmony with the tender chicken and we loved it to bits.<br/>Later in our next visit to the place we also tried the fisherman’s basket which came with an assortment of sea food and Ceasar salad as side along with some roasted chicken.While the former was perfect , roasted chicken was a tad bit too salty for my taste.<br/>In general service was quite kind of ok. The place had a casual vibe to it but good enough to satisfy your hunger after a lazy day at the beach without burning a hole into your pocket.<br/><br/>Food 4.5/5<br/>Service 3.5/5<br/>Ambiance 3/5

Cheerful staff but the fish and chips was so overcooked and dry. Pity!  I will not go back again. The worst fish and chips ever we tasted!! Good location though.

Wow this place is in a great location but really bland food. We had the fish and chips and we made the mistake of ordering grilled. The fish wasn't seasoned and there was no salt on the fish, chips or scallops. It's a shame as like I said, they're in a great location. It's safe to say this was the worst fish and chips we've ever had.

Been to the Burleigh Tropicana a few times due to the convenient location and better than average coffee.<br/><br/>The rotisserie chicken, sides, grill and seafood is pretty average.<br/><br/>

Just crazy amounts of options to choose from. The salads are so yummy. Anything you feel like they'll have it. Nice and close to the beach too so it's just too easy to duck in.
