The food is superb!! When you visit gold coast, you have to eat at Jimmy Wah's. Food is delicious, service is good. A must eat menu? The caramelize pork belly and oyster tempura. Are you a vegetarian? You have to order sauteed greens and cauliflower tempura. Totally recommended. I will surely coming back again.

Headed to Jimmy Wah’s Friday a week ago for a friends business Christmas party dinner. The booking process was super easy done online and confirmed quickly and even when we had additional guests added to our table the reservation team made the change easy to ensure we all were able to dine.
Arrived for an 8 pm sitting having already had a few cocktails at another bar next door. The service at Jimmy Wah’s is absolutely incredible! I felt like I was having a dinner party at a friends house, our host was friendly, funny, cheeky and informative. We had the special plate menu $69 per head and a selection of plates.
Because I’d already had a couple of cocktails before hand I didn’t have much of an appetite so I only managed to try the pork belly, tempura oysters and the barramundi which was amazing. I was blown away by how delicious the food was and I’m pretty sure it’s not just because I had three cosmopolitans. I really want to go back for a proper meal as I think I will have another extraordinary evening, highly recommend.
What an absolute delight of a dining experience. We booked the 5:30 sitting at Jimmy Wahs for a festive family dinner and were blown away every step after that. It truly was a fine dining experience from the presentation of the dishes to the flawless service of drinks and recommendations from our waiter. The timing of the dishes was something that really stood out to us as we never felt rushed and were able to truly enjoy our 2 hour sitting and ponder over the amazing flavours. The staff at Jimmy Wahs are phenomenal and it really pays tribute to the saying you are only as good as your staff!! Thank you all!!!
